PROS: located next to Northgate Mall, plenty of parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff both about dental care and insurance. the pictures of my teeth was pretty sweet.CONS: Seems to be on the higher end as far as costs for services.

Glad to find such a great office with amazing staff. I am looking forward to getting my grill all fixed up and sparkling smiles :D

I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They do very good work, I've had cavities filled and my wisdom teeth pulled plus the usual cleanings. They have TV's in the rooms so you have something else to focus on.

I really like this dentist is reasonably priced and do a great job

I few months ago I needed a root canal and crown. The crown color matches perfectly. They do very professional dental work.

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Everyone here is so great. They have a tv in every room so you can watch tv while you get your teeth worked on. I like this place and would recommend to everyone!

I think the staff at Northgate Smiles is amazing. They are always personal and courteous. My interactions with the front desk personnel are the best I have ever experienced. The hygienists are professional and friendly. They take special care in remembering who I am and always follow up on conversations we had in previous visits. They were the first people to know I was pregnant (outside of my husband) and proceeded to take special care and considerations during my pregnancy. They even sent us a congratulations card when she was born.Every person there (dentist, front desk, hygienists, etc) is a pleasure to deal with.

About a year ago when I was looking for my dentist two of my friends recommended me Dr. Aylen at Northgate Smile. I made an appointment and was very happy I did so. Dr. Aylen and her staff are very experienced and skilled professionals and I always feel welcomed there. My teeth are in bad shape (receding gums, deep pockets, gingivitis, damaged enamel, prone to cavities, tons of filings) and need a lot of attention. Dr. Aylen and her dental hygienists managed to keep everything under control and I haven’t had any new cavity since. All procedures were done with great care and almost no pain and I never have had any problems or needed any additional repairs afterwards. I also appreciate follow up calls after treatment and appointments reminders. I will continue to see Dr. Aylen and I am planning to start Invisalign treatment with her shortly.

So far I have had fantastic experiences at Northgate Smiles. My husband and I have both been absent from dental care for years and going here has made getting care and treatment seem worth it and not as intimidating. The entire staff was professional, friendly and informative. They answered questions and made us feel very welcome. I look forward to finally having established a place in which I can take care of my dental health and not feel so negatively about the process.

I really enjoyed going there. The location was difficult at first, but once I found it, it was pretty nice place. They have a TV in the rooms to watch while you're getting work done. And the hygienist was informative and friendly, set up next apt while I was finishing up. No wait.

I received fillings from Dr. Goldwire last week. The service I received from her, her assistants, and her staff was quick, efficient and painless.

I was looking for a new family dentist when I moved to Maple Leaf. My friend recommended Northgate Smiles, my kids and I go there for cleanings and the staff are delightful.

Northgate Smiles is the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a root canal and they got me in ASAP and where super friendly and welcoming. It's also worth noting that it was my most comfortable experience inside the dentist seat. I really didn't feel much of anything.

No business displays the miracles of modern dentistry better than Norhgate Smiles. Their kind and caring staff is professional and skilled in every dental avenue. I have had to have a lot of work on my teeth and because of the quality they provide my mouth is so much healthier. I highly recommend Northgate Smiles to everyone seeking dental care.

I have always hated going to the dentist and have had a few bad experiences that prevented me from going for a long time. The staff and doctors at Northgate Smiles made me feel welcomed and at ease. At other offices, I have often felt tricked into doing procedures that were not essential or I was made to feel embarrassed – but that was not the case at Northgate Smiles! I highly recommend going to them!

I have been going to Northgate Smiles for the last two years. I did a lot of searching for dentists who had positive reviews who were also on our preferred provider list. I have been very pleased with not only the work of NS, but the cost and welcoming atmosphere. The initial exams were very extensive after which I able to view xrays on the screen above the dental chair as Dr. Aylen reviewed plans of attack for problem areas. I felt welcomed to ask questions and make choices about my dental care and not just told what to do. The nurses were very gentle, thorough, personable and attentive to my needs while I was in the chair. When I came back for next scheduled cleaning, I was treated like a long lost friend. It's refreshing to not only be welcomed, but to get great service.

Northgate Smiles has very friendly dentists and hygienists. I started going to them after learning I had several cavities that needed filled. They were helpful every step of the process and worked with me to get a pre-authorization from my insurance before hand. Throughout the procedures they checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. They asked lots of questions to ensure that I was comfortable and having a good experience. They made it very easy. The dentists and hygienists were friendly with each other and chatted when I was around. This made it easy to be comfortable. I would highly recommend going to this place! They have TVs and a great location that's easy to get to.
