I used to hate ever dread going to the dentist, but after being introduced to the staff at Northgate Smiles all of my anxiety is gone. I'm always greeted by her staff who remembers me by name and eager to catch up on where we left off last time I was in- the staffs since of urgency is second to none and I can honestly say now that I look forward to seeing everyone in the office at my next visit!

I have been a patient of this office for nearly a year. I originally heard about the office from an online review who stated that the dentists were the best that they had ever been to. I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile and decided to give them a try. I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out. The office staff were very friendly from the time I entered the office. The hygenist who took me back for my appointment put me at ease and was very attentive to my needs. Dr Aylen was very professional but had an amazing bedside manner. She made sure I was not in any pain and made sure to explain all of the procedures to me. The hygenists and dental assistants were amazing at making me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr Aylen even called me that night at home to be sure I was doing okay and to see if I had any other questions. I have been to this office several times since then for a cleaning and to do some other minor work. For the cleaning and minor work, I saw Dr. Aluas. She was also very easy to talk with and very professional. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood the procedures and the treatment plan. The office is very up to date with digital xrays, cable TV at each patient chair, and special cameras so the dentists can show patients what needs to be done at a close view. The front desk team make sure to work with you regarding your financial situation and your insurance. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a dental cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction or any other dental work.

took forever to find a dentist on my bus route or in my neighborhood so my kids and I can go , found Northgate Smiles easy in and very thorough.Now i am looking forward to just having bi-annual visits ( after my new dental plan is finished)My children are teenagers but after the first visit i have no problems leaving their tooth care to this dental office.

Genetics gives me the opportunity to visit the dentist many times. I previously went to the same dentist my entire life and dreaded going to the dentist. Although the doctors and staff were very nice the service was not the same as I get at Northgate Smiles. Dr. Aylen and her staff are very friendly and good at what they do. They are quick and painless when it comes to office visits. The dentist is usually the last place I would ever want to go. However, the staff here is wonderful and makes it easier to get myself to go in. I don't stress out about going to the dentist anymore. I recommend Northgate Smiles to anyone in the Seattle area looking for a great dentist.

The Staff at Northgate smile were the best, Dr. Aylen, and her staff made myself, and my wife Anna very comfortable, It is a refreshing change from most doctor visits. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. James L. TooleSatisfied Customer

I was very nervous going to a new dentist after having multiple poor experiences with other dentists. However, at Northgate Smiles, I felt very relaxed and was treated like family. Everything was up front with no hidden fees/costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who may have had poor past experiences. They dentists and the staff have definitely changed the way I think about going to the dentist.

I would like to share that my experiences going to Dr. Karla Aylen at Northgate Smiles has been extraordinary. I've not had very good dental care in the past and was in fear of going to any dentist. Today I am so blessed to be going to Dr. Aylen. I look forward to my visits. I had needed a lot of dental care and now I am receiving it. I feel comfortable, and I am getting well health wise. The place to go is Northgate Smiles!
