The service was very good and the price was great. The room was very clean. The breakfast there is sweet roll, coffee,juice,and waffles you make yourself.

excellent price good services clean rooms i wish the pool was not under construction but hopefully next time would be ready over all was a relaxing experience and definitely we would be back to enjoy the view

Very pleased - Room was very clean, very modern, great TV with many channels and free WiFi, plus good location.

This was a great room! Loved the comfy beds and very clean too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back again. Liked the rooms that faced the bay a little pricey but I'm sure it would be worth it.

Staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable.The check in and checknout process is quick. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Enjoyed the view of the bay,I'll definitely be back.

Had another awesome weekend at this place the view of the marina is so relaxing the king suite is definitely my favorite room very comfortable bed lots of space love the shampoo and body wash dispenser lady at the front desk was very friendly and so polite perfect location on the island this was my third time staying here and I absolutely love it here can't wait to come back already making plans couldn't enjoy the pool cause of the cold front that came in but the wind water hotel is definitely the place to stay at

This place is GREAT!! We have stayed in many motels, both very expensive and mid range and this is by far the best bed we have slept in away from home. The rooms are a little small and so are the bathrooms, but they are clean. I like that there was no carpet, the floor was hard tile. Almost any hotel has dirty carpets and this was nice and clean, especially easy to clean with all the sand from the beaches. A wonderful surprise was the fishing dock at the back of the motel. It is open 24 hours, lit up at night and the kids really enjoyed it. They spent more time there than in the pool. People were very friendly. Parking is a little tight. Would stay there again and again. Great value. Also very quite-could not hear anything from outside or other rooms

It was a great experience. This is another example for great hospitality at very lower price and had no issues !! breakfast was decent, the room is comfortable and surprisingly nice. staff are extremely friendly and very nice. Overall my experience was great!!

For a mediam price motel for the island this is for a family with a lot children. They have a fishing pier and pool and hot tub.

We were only a few blocks from the beach . The hotel was not far from the strip of all the storesand clubs. Loved the location .

The hotel was clean. It was great. Peaceful. Pool time until 11PM. It was not expensive and for a hotel that was not pricey it was a great stay, just wished it was right in front of the ocean Other than that the hotel is like three depending on how you decide to travel to the beach, we drove.

I liked the place! It's older and could use a lot of updating... However, it met our needs, was spacious, and was nicely located on the bay side of South Padre. The cost is reasonable and the staff are friendly and available.

great breakfast, also allows you to fish which is great for family bonding, love staying there

I like that my room was on the bay and I was able to fish and enjoy time with my family. The hotel was easy to get to as well.

The price was awesome. The walk to the beach was very short. The floors were tile and the tv in the room was nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful as a locked my room card in the room twice in a weekend! If you're planning to sight see this hotel is perfect!

Hotel seems to have been updated recently. The room was nice and has comfy beds. There is a pool for the kids, and awesome fishing right of the back of the Hotel property (on the Bay side). The kids caught at least 50 fish while we were there! Staff was friendly and we had no issues. Best deal for the money to stay on the island.

Very nice hotel..i would go back to spi and stay there again..

Get the king suite its not spectacular but the view from the back patio is and its really a hidden gem
