I moved back into the house 12 years ago that I grew up in Eastpointe.. I remember growing up, every time it rained we would have piles of newspapers in all the corners of the basement due to the leaking. The first thing I had done once I moved back in the house was have Everdry Waterproofing water proof around the entire house. It was the best thing I had done!! No more leaky basement!! We purchased our home in 2016 and it had severe water issues in the basement, much to our disappointment. Everdry completed the full waterproofing, inside and out, and installed the EZ Breathe and sump pump with battery backup in January, 2018. We have had zero issues and it has been a very rainy year. our home came with an Everdry warranty from waterproofing work that was done years ago. Even after all the rain we got this past year our basement stayed dry, not a drop of water. I've called quite a few times and have always recieved professional and curtious help.

Our house came with an Everdry warranty when we bought the home in Rochester Hills, and have kept it up each year. We've never had one issue with the waterproofing and when one sump pump stopped working, they came out quickly and resolved the issue. Great Service and highly recommended!

EverDry of Southeast, Michigan is great! Friendly staff and always very helpful! We had our basement waterproofed on 2008 and have not had any water problems in the basement since! Our sump pump stopped working a few years after EverDry installed it due to the amount of rust in our water clogging the pump. EverDry fixed the problem immediately and now comes out to service it every 3 months so it doesn’t get clogged up! We are extremely happy with the service EverDry provides us!

I inherited an Everdry warrantee when I purchased my new home. They have made the process so easy to transfer from the previous owners and the fact that they will cover my sump pump if anything ever goes wrong for only $35 per year sure does give me peace of mind. I have only lived in this home since June 2018, but the basement stays very dry and I live in a flood zone. They did a great job. Julie H

We had water issues in our basement and we contacted Everdry Waterproofing in 1999. The company was very easy to work with and we are still satisfied with our decision. If we have a problem they are quick to respond.
I appreciate their warranty program.

When we purchased our house just over ten years ago our only concern was we noticed it had work done in the basement indicating flooding problems. We were told that Everdry had done work on it and all we need do was pay the warranty each year.
We have been paying that warranty and through the ten years they have come to service our basement multiple times, mostly just cleaning out the lines and trap but twice replaced the sump pump and once patching the concrete where the floor meets the wall where a leak developed. I had to pay nothing but my yearly warranty for this service.
The best investment made to this house.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Update: last spring after the restaurant next to us had closed down and we had a lot of rain their storm drains were clogged and their parking lot was a lake! It soon started draining into our yard. Their are a lot of iron deposits in our soil, with the rush of water they gathered at the bottom of the foundation where the drainage pipes are, clogging them.
Everdry came by, dug up the area, cleaned out the problem, re-cemented the area. At no extra cost to me. Thank you so much Everdry. :D

Everdry is a great company. I have been an extremely satisfied customer for the past 24 years. The warranty program is great. The yearly servicing of my sump pumps has provided peace of mind. I have had several pumps to fail over the years. They were relpaced promptly under the terms of the warranty.

Twenty years ago I chose EverDry Waterproofing to waterproof my basement. The home is a circa 1937 custom built home for a local business owner back in the day. The home had developed some water management issues and would leak into the basement during heavy rains. The job that EverDry performed was expensive, but well worth it. The optional extended warranty that EverDry Waterproofing offered was extremely reasonable that finalized the job. The warranty covered all materials and labor each year after the initial year the job was complete. Over the course of 20 years I called upon them four times and they were there to make repairs and even change out the sump pump for a new one! Their work mainly involved digging down along the outside wall of concern, clean and reseal the wall, then putting dirt, plants, etc., back cleanly. They would even schedule a bi-yearly visit to evaluate the basement for any signs of water intrusion (proactive) and apply sealers on the outside to maintain integrity. The warranty is transferable to the next owners as well!

I sold my well kept home quickly in early 2018 and the warranty was a major selling point!

Upon informing Everdry of water leaking in my basement, they scheduled an appointment immediately to assess my concern. They then scheduled an appointment within 7 days to begin repairs. Thank you Everydry- have not had any more water seeking in my basement after heavy rain.

Spoke to a nice woman named Melissa. Customer service is excellent. I had bought my home last year and had come to find out that we have ever dry water proofing in our basement. I am very happy to find out that the sellers had the waterproofing warratied and that Everdry allows it to be transferred warrenty to new customers. My basement has been very dry and we are happy with the results of the system. I would highly recommend using everdry waterproofing.
