Love to share my experience with Everdry. I have been with them 15 years since my basement was fixed. They are a first class company that truly cares about their customers. Everdry has maintained their warranty, replacing a couple sump pumps, flushed out underground drain lines to sump many times as preventive care. Always prompt and a good steady relationship over the years. 5 *****Stars in my opinion for a basement water proofing company.

When we purchased our house, there was standing water in the basement. We knew we would need to have the basement waterproofed. I had previously used Everdry on my last house and never had a problem, so we contacted Everdry to waterproof our basement.

They arrived on time, behaved professionally and excellent clean up afterwards.

We have not had a drop of water in the basement for 7+ years. The year after the basement was waterproofed we finished the basement and loving it. Thanks Everdry.

Great company. Had basement waterproofing done about 10 or 11 years ago. When pump went out came and replaced without question and without cost, warranty kicked in.

I have a very old house, 1800's which has somewhat of a porous floor that water has seeped up through and dampness through the walls. I was skeptical at first when Everdry did the work but ever since my basement has been drier than it ever was before the work. Once the sump pump ceased working after several years, and because I renew my yearly insurance, they had replaced it within 24 hrs.

We had Everydry do our basement five years ago after a storm to rival the this past August. When they did it, they said our basement was one of the top five wettest they had seen. We live at the bottom of a hill and I am convinced we are on an underground spring. Not only have we stayed dry when our neighbors did not, we haven't had a drop of water since. We have replaced three Everdry sump pumps and they are always out quickly and replaced them with no questions. I would highly recommend.

When the project manager arrived to start the work in my basement,

he was extremely polite. He went over all of the things they were

planning to do, including the answering of my questions. He

exhibited great patience. After the informational period was over, I

happily gave him my check to get the job started. I didn’t realize

that the project team was waiting outside to begin their work. They

also showed patience. My brother, who is extremely hard to please,

referred Everdry to me. He was overjoyed with their work. During

the big flood of August 2014 in S.E. Michigan, he had no problems.

They went about their work as a team. My review is on the beginning

stages of who Everdry will be to you. My following poem will express

This past August 2014 my neighborhood was flooded by the Ecorse Creek. I am about 600 yards from there, my house sits up maybe 20 feet in elevation and was not affected but my wife worried about our basement flooding and destroying items stored there. I called Everdry because the sump pump was not working, within two hours the crew showed up at the house, changed the pump and check valve and was on their way. I am sure glad we called.

We had EverDry done waterproof outside of the house and inside of the basement more than 5 years ago. Ever since that I was actually able to enjoy the raining day. The job was well done. We never had any problem about the job. Highly recommended. Sophie W

My basement was waterproofed in 1999 by Everydry. We have been very satisfied with the work an service from the company.

Our basement was waterproofed by Everdry by the previous owners of our house over 6 years ago and we're so glad they did! We've heard of our neighbors having water issues over the years and we've never had water in our basement once. We've renewed our warranty every year and we're so thankful for the peace of mind the Everdry waterproofing has brought us.

Everdry waterproofed our basement and installed a sump pump in 1993. All the other companies I consulted wanted to paint the basement walls, a stop gap measure at best. I chose them because the sales rep explained the problem and the process. They dug a trench around the outside of the house and sealed the exterior walls, installed a drainage system to pull the water away from the walls, then installed a drainage system inside. Twice a year, they snake it to ensure that it's clear of obstructions. When they were here, they were polite, professional, and cleaned up their mess. Since then, I've faithfully paid the annual warranty fee, and they've quickly come anytime the sump pump starts acting up to replace it. My basement has stayed dry since then. I would recommend this company to anyone, at any time.

When I contacted Everdry Waterproofing re leakage in my basement, they sent a representative named Milan to my home. He examined my condition and told me the various options I had and what he would recommend. I accepted his recommendation and was scheduled for the work in about two months. I received a call in couple of weeks that they could come several weeks earlier if that was ok. I agreed and they showed up with a crew that completed the work in one day and was told that they would follow up as needed when the earth had a chance to settle in a few months. WE have had heavy rain a couple of times sine then with none shoeing up in my basement. I am well pleased.

Did the job on time and at cost

I had Everdry installed in 2008. Have not had any issues. Customer service reps are great (I have forgotten my warranty fee and they worked with me!).

I had the crawl space in my house redone by Everdry in 2001. Despite an existing sump pump, the crawl was wet and filled with mold and mildew. Everdry installed french drains all around the house, and pipes leading from the drains to a new sump pump. It worked like a charm. The crawlspace dried out, the mold and mildew disappeared, and I have had no trouble since then. Earlier this year, when the sump pump gave out, Everdry replaced it immediately without any charge under the warrenty. During the Michigan Monsoon this August, there was no problem at all. I would recommend them without reservation.

We assumed an Everdry Waterproofing warranty when we purchased our house. One of the best decisions we ever made was to maintain this warranty. We experienced some leaking along one of the walls of our basement and gave Everdry a call alerting them to our problem. They immediately responded with trained technicians and fixed the problem in the same day. Excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

We were getting water in our basement every time it rained or when the snow melted. Then we called Everdry. They gave us an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the job to be done. They showed up on time and did all the work in a professional manner which included drain tiles inside and outside the house and a sump pump. It was a lot of work and took 2 days. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. We purchased a lifetime warranty which we have used once for a very minor problem. We have now enjoyed the benefit of a dry basement for over 20 years, thanks to Everdry!

So happy with our basement waterproofing. Everdry was so professional and courteous. We got it waterproofed in 2005 and have never had any issues, even with all the rain we have been having! Best decision ever made to ensure our house is protected!
