They were kind enough to send a technician out tonight given how hot it has been. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning right away. GREAT pricing on everything. Unfortunately, we have to allow our slumlord time to get his handyman out here tomorrow to look at the unit. BUT the technician told us that if we called by a certain time, they would still be able to get the part and fix our unit in the afternoon so I will be calling them tomorrow when our "handyman" fails to fix anything. All around excellent experience and GREAT customer service!

These guys were about as painless as I would imagine a repair could be. Fast, good price, got the old part when they were done. From the time I called, it took a little more than an hour before my dryer was already fixed.

The service guy was shady. I was told that a new part need to be replaced so that the refridgerator can work again. It was going to cost me around $400 to get it fix. My landlord thought it was too expensive. I went back to the service guy and told him it was too expensive. Then the service guy told me that he can fix it for $150 but no warranty.....I said no. Then he said how about $100 in cash. He can fix it temporary. At this point I was thinking the service guy is very shady. So I decline the service to fix at $100 for only temporay repair. However, the service guy kept going on and on about why call for the service if we don't want to fix the refridgerator. I was so upset about his attitude and shady service. It is not his place to judge or make any comment. His job should just be here to repair the refridgerator at a reasonable/honest price. Anyway, he left with $45 cash (per his request) just for the service call. I strongly recommend everyone not to call AAA for any repair service. It was such a bad experience.

Fast service. Professional. They beat everyone else's estimates and the were actually able to come the same day for my air conditioner.

Fast cheap service! I called around after I was given the estimate from this company, and nobody even wanted to try to beat their price. The tech and the operator were very nice and now my refrigerator is working great.

They gave me a questionable anaylsis of the work that needed to be done, but I still paid for the estimate as they requested.

Called a different company, who gave me a diagnosis that was not only totally different but also 1/4 of the price of AAA's

I put a stop payment on the check, and wrote a review of my experience with them.

The owner offered to refund my stop payment fee if I removed my review.

I declined, they sent me to collections, fortunately I have ALL the paperwork evidence to support my statements, but of course its a hassle.

One must question who is writing these good reviews for them !!!

I had this company come over to fix my AC. The technician was very nice. He went to the roof, and came down a few minutes later and gave me an estimate. It was cheaper than I spent last year to have my AC serviced. Thanks.

The service was great. My refrigerator was fixed fast and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

My maytag washer wasn't spinning. I called AAA and they sent Boris the same day. He found the problem fast and gave me an estimate. I approved the job and in 30 minutes, my washer was back on track.

This was as painless as an appliance repair gets. My Viking oven was not heating. It was Passover! I called and the tech came out within an hour or two and fixed the oven during the first visit!

Best appliance repair ever! Fast and easy. The price wasn't bad either.

This company is amazing! The serviceman was at my house within an hour, and my refrigerator was fixed within another 30 minutes. It was a very quick and responsive process. I saved most of my food! I will be requesting to speak with Billy in the future, and ask him to send out Michael.

In general, customers are often left guessing regarding the honesty and charges from service companies like appliance repair (my experience overall). For this company, I agree also with some reviews stating that customer service and honesty are not something at the top of the list... and I assume it is the basic desire to profit as much as possible, something that can turn off customers in the end, if one can see through that...



In this case, I asked how much a compressor cost and I was told (flat out) "500$" but in this day and age, they cannot get away with this... It is not very hard for anyone to find parts prices online, and in this case, it was more like $250!... so a flat out lie...basically.

Other companies might agree on that price but not differ too much in terms of total price, and if that is the case, why lie about parts prices, why?... This is why they most often tell you we charge "by the job" not by the hour, because some of us might cringe when we hear how much it ends up costing for labor... They also don't like to tell you how much parts cost... for the same reason... (and we can often wonder if the true defect is what they say it is...or something much simpler and cheaper - but one can insist on keeping old parts to avoid outright scams in general also...).

Yes, labor includes the cost of driving, the cost of overhead etc... we also need to understand this.



But in the end, don't be afraid to spend a small amount on an estimate and get a 2nd opinion and do your own research, because there are some better experiences (and prices) out there, especially when you let people know that you do know what you are doing and can check on them!... Dishonesty does not pay in the end!... Customers want transparency even if labor ends up costing a fair amount and some jobs do take some time, of course...

Moral of this story? Shop around and due diligence (one HAS to do this for everything, unfortunately), and if you don't feel comfortable, just go with someone else who makes you feel more comfortable!... even if you spend a little more time (or even more money), because repeat business with a good company does count (for the company and you).



[P.S. There is no excuse or rebuttal that I will accept as possibly valid in this case...]

Although, I wasn't able to get my washer fixed because the repair would cost more than a new washer. The technician was very pleasant and explained the problem in detail. The service call was higher priced than another places I called but you get what you pay for and this company was really did offer same day service. (other companies claims this but are false)

I have used few local appliance repairman in the past. Recently I need to have my A/C unit repaired. I'v called to few companies and got estimates with wide range: from $500.00 to $890.00. One even suggested I have to replace unit. After all, I called this company, spoke with servismen, not answering service, tech was at my place within an hour, and it cost me only $160.00. The greatest service ever!

Nationwide was able to come out the same day and quickly fix my refrigerator. Nothing to complain about here! Don't hesitate; some of these reviews on here are crazy!

I had the repair my fridge but a few weeks later I wanted them the send the tech back out to take a look because it was still not running right. I called a few weeks ago before the 30 day labor warranty ran out and they said the only tech the had to fix GE fridges (the same guy that repair mine the first time) was out of town and would be back the next week. They said they would have him contact me when he returned. This week I called back (it had been two since I called the first time) and asked if they could arrange for their only GE fridge tech to come take a look at mine. The guy on the phone said that he would call me back. Three days later here I am with no call back and a fridge that is still on the fritz. I am not impressed with their customer service. I don't care who from this business writes a response trying to make excuses, the bottom line is that their customer service needs to step it's game up. I would avoid this business until they get their heads right and take care of their customers. Initially I was pleased, but now I am upset and will try and find a repair service that can do things right.

WORST CO. TO CALL. THEY MAKE PROMISES AND THEN ASCUDONT CALL THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SREWED

My LG refrigerator was making horrible squeaking noises. I called and got Nationwide to come out same day. They called before the appt. My motor went bad on my 3 refrigerator - sad. Very expensive part, but they replaced it and gave me a 1yr warranty. Michael the repair man was nice and did a clean job. I will call again if I have any appliance problems. Thank you.

I called Nationwide on Saturday for an emergency repair. My refrigerator had started to leak all over my kitchen floor.



The technician was there within an hour and was very helpful. He fixed the leak, serviced the refrigerator and cleaned up after himself.



Overall, it was a very easy and painless experience.
