When I called I was happily surprised that they would be able to send someone within the hour to look at my Maytag refrigerator. It was causing freezer burn.

The guy who came "Boris" asked straight off when I let him in "what'd you break?" I explained the problem with the fridge and he had NO IDEA what freezer burn was. I had to explain it. Then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it, walked out of the house without excusing himself. Then came back, and again said that there was nothing wrong, but wanted me to re-explain the problem. But he didn't listen to the explanation, he just interrupted and talked over me.

He offered to "Service" it for $150, but had no clue what the problem with it was. the way he was talking to me was like I was some stupid girl. I declined and sent him on his way. As soon as he was in his car I called to complain. They promised to send someone else out the next day at no charge. Bill called in the morning and let me know it is likely the compressor and would be $5-600 to repair. I declined to repair as the fridge did not cost that much to begin with.

Boris needs a lesson in customer service, and how to hide his chauvinistic tendencies from his female customers.

The motor assembly for the washing machine was replaced. I called Nationwide Appliance Services Friday morning around 8 AM and had a technician at my home before 10 AM. The person answering the phone was once again very attentive to my needs and sent out Michael again; (he worked on my refrigerator in January and did a wonderful job). My washer was not working that morning but by 11 AM I was washing my kids clothes again! From beginning to end, it was once again a great job done by Nationwide Appliance.

I called on Wednesday, 04-07-10 for information on cost and repair. They quoted me a $45.00 amount for diagnostic fee and in the morning of 04-08-10 I called again to schedule a appointment, the person then said it was $65.00 for a diagnostic fee. I then told him that when I spoke to somebody yesterday evening they quoted me $45.00 for diagnostic fee. He called back again then pro-rated the diagnostic fee of $45.00.

Technician was prompt and came exactly at 12pm. After the technician diagnose the problem he then quoted me $200.00+tax for the repairs. I asked him what exactly needed to be replaced. He said there was a special part that needed to be replaced. Guess what, the only special part that needs to be replaced is the belt. These guys are crooks. they will take your money and lie to you. I wil never use them again. I paid almost $250.00 to fix my dryer. The cost of a new dryer ranges from $500.00+. Do not call the Glendale repair shop as they are out to rip you off.

I just received a call this morning in regards to my review. Apparently, if you write a bad review about this company they will call you up and give you some type of incentive to rate them a 5 star. What a joke!!! I guess this company pays off people to rate them a 5 star. This justs shows how honest they are.

Just saw the comment William posted. Actual cost is $227.93. When I spoke to the associate I asked what service they did. He informed me the service was to inspect belts, lubricate parts of the dryer (what is their to lubricate in a dryer? I spoke to a dryer rapair company and they said there is nothing to actually lubricate, it uses a bearing type mechanism to help spin a dryer. along with rods. )and to fix a gas leak. If you think about it, if their was a gas leak shouldn't the owner smell a gas leak and if you do start a gas dryer the gas leak should've actually started a fire. DUH!!! They also offered me a refund in the amount of $45.00 diagnostic fee to change my ratings from a 1 star to a 5 start. I am upset about the price because of the dishonesty. The technician told me it will cost $200. 00 + dollars to fix because their was a special part that needs to be replaced. Their was never a special part to replace, it was only a belt that ripped. If you were to go online and see how much a belt cost, you will see it's doesn't cost more then $40.00 and for service fee and labor wow, over $200.00. After fixing my dryer I called another Dryer repair service company and they said they wouldn't charge me over $200.00 to fix a belt problem. Common, lets be practical.!!!!

I called Nationwide because my dryer stopped heating. They gave me an appointment the same day with a 2 hour window. The technician arrived on time. He explained the problem to me. I agreed to let him do the repair and within an hour he was finished and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

I called Monday around 9 with a broken washer, but by noon my machine was full operational again. This company was fast, professional and courteous.

I called these guys out to fix a Maytag Neptune Washer for me. Companies that I have called before were hesitant to help me with this complex machine. I called Nationwide Appliance Service and spoke to Billy on the phone and he told me that this machine was no problem for them. Someone came out the same day and had the parts to replace my drain pump and have the machine ready for when my kids got home. Thanks!

I called AAA Your Local Appliance Repair out to my house for a second opinion on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The other company had said I needed a new compressor for $700-$900 or a main computer board for about $450. The tech, Michael, came out and found out in 5 or 10 minutes that I needed a new compressor start relay unit. I received 30% off labor and only payed $145. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their appliance correctly.

Fast. Courteous. Friendly. Professional. Reasonable.



After an odd encounter with another repair company, I called Nationwide. They came out the very next morning and were able to fix my refrigerator on the spot.



The tech didn't overcharge me and even tried to find replacement parts instead of new parts (to save me money). Good service!

Showed up on time and fixed the problem fast

First company came out and gave a estimate for the compressor to be replaced. Their price was $500.00-$600.00 . Nationwide Appliance services came out and performed an inspection and found out the problem was a start relay. The job took 15 minutes and now my GE refrigerator is working perfectly. The repairman Mike was on time, explained everything well and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased that I only had to pay $123.76. I will be using them again.

I saw all the good reviews for this company and thought that I would try them for my Asko dishwasher. Not only do they service this brand (which not a lot of companies do) they were able to come out on the same day (also, no one else could come the same day for this brand). The service man was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. I am happy I called!

My Sub Zero refrigerator was making noise and not cooling well. This company scheduled me an appointment and arrived promptly. I called and had service and repairs all done on the same day. The technician, Michael, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be using this Nationwide from now on!

My dryer stopped heating. I called AAA your local appliance repair. They gave me an appoint with a two hour window. They arrived in the middle of the window for the time of service. They found the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and then fixed the problem. This all took less than an hour. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

This company came to fix my dryer. I called and spoke to Billy, and he sent someone out within a two hour window on the same day. The technician, Michael, came and found and fixed the problem in less than an hour! They were quick, responsible and courteous.

I called for a washing machine repair. I had water all over the floor, and needed someone immediately. Nationwide Appliance Service promised to have someone to my home within an hour. About 30 minutes later, Michael showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate and then when I approved, he fixed the problem right there; in one trip!

I made an appointment for my refrigerator because my freezer was melting and I was afraid I was going to lose all of my frozen meats. AAA Your Local Appliance Repair came out the same day and fixed the freezer in one visit. I slept well that night knowing I wasn't going to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food!

First of all, they've been able to schedule the same day appointment, not like other 3 companies I've tried before.

The very professional technician came in and fixed the problem with our AC in less than an hour.

I called Nationwide Appliance Service during the heat wave we all felt in Southern California for some time. While some companies were not able to come out during the same week and charge over $100 for the inspection; Nationwide was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. The inspection charge is also much less then others I called. They charged the freon gas for my air conditioner for a fair price and in minutes the technician was done and we were cooling off! Thank you again Nationwide Appliance service!

They Mislead u with the 30% discount.
