Gerry was my service technician. This was my first experience with Bug Guardian as my monthly bug prevention company and I am thoroughly impressed. They arrived exactly at the time scheduled and performed my preventative maintenance and were very detailed as to what they would be doing. Highly recommended.

I have been using Bug Guardian Pest Prevention for the past year hand a half. I started using them as soon as my home was done being built. I noticed a few scorpions in my garage shortly after I moved in.I found Bug guardian number online and called.I was soon visited by John Livingston a Bug Guardian Service Technician who walked around with me and examined the kinds of bugs and pest lurking in and around my home.I started using their service immediatelyafter the first visit I noticed a few dead scorpions and spiders in and around my home. I leaned the dead bugs and have had no creepy crawlers ever since. my neighbors have complained that all of the scorpions and spiders have moved to their homes because my home is so protected.about 4 months ago I had my front yard landscaped with 5 24 gallon trees trees, 40 pants, and a flower bed with 50 or so plantings. when the guys came to dig the trenches for my sprinkler system they made mention that something is wrong with my lot. when I asked what was he talking about, he said they have not come across any bugs. he went on to say he usually comes across a few scorpions and black widows in every home he has installed sprinklers and drip systems. he asked what was going one at my home. Bug Guardian is great and our tech, Gerry, is an absolute rockstar! On his first time out to my house, he walked the yard with me, explained bug behavior, and in addition to spraying and dusting, he made recommendations to make my yard less favorable to scorpions. Gerry told me what kind of results to expect and I have to say that the results have actually been better. I highly recommend Bug Guardian and Gerry in particular.

Bug Guardian has eliminated our scorpion problem. What a relief! We are very pleased with John. He has done a great job for us. Because of the great service and results, two of our employees now use Bug Guardian for their homes as well. Prompt & courteous service.

Great company. No contracts and low rates for monthly service. Our service technician John always shows up on time and asks about any pests we have seen in the month before so that he can treat for them. Overall, I have seen less critters around than with previous pest control option.

We recently purchased our first house and after moving in we realized we had a little ant problem in my son's room. That was to be expected in an older house that had been on the market for a few months. We asked around to friends and family to find a pest company that wouldn't force us in to a contract. We were lucky enough to have someone suggest John and Bug Guardian and we couldn't be any happier. On the first visit John came in and talked with my wife to see what the problem was. He had an immediate solution and the ants were gone within a single day. We've only seen the occasional silverfish in our room since then but John is always quick to help us out with tips when we bring up issues. They're also extremely flexible with their schedule and have always given us the BEST customer service. We've actually forgotten about appointments (even though they're at the same time every month and they call us to remind us) and they don't seem to get frustrated at all; they just quickly reschedule.We'd recommend Bug Guardian to anyone and everyone!!!

Gary is our Scottsdale pest prevention specialist and he has done an awesome job. Tom the owner is also great to work with. They give you a fast quote over the phone depending on your home's square footage and see you right away. This is our second summer using Bug Guardian and we have not had any bug nor scorpion issues. I highly recommend them!

Been using then for over 2 yrs and are very happy with their professional & on time service. Their listen to any concerns and address them with great results . My previous provider and changed from a monthly service to every 3 months . Trust me when I say my scorpions loved that idea.. Well I changed company and my scorpion found new homes too. Goodbye . We have been using Bug Guardian for Pest control over the last year. Our tech John is very courteous. He texts us one day prior to his arrival as a reminder, which always helps. We have had no issues with bugs till now. I would certainly recommend Bug Guardian and our tech John to anybody looking for a professional pest control service.

They do a great job on my home here in the east valley my tech john i feel goes the extra mile to eliminate the pest problem my home had. I have seen a dramatic change in just 2 short months i would recommend them to anyone!

We absolutely love Bug Guardian! John, our tech, is always very professional, always on-time. I get a reminder phone call the night before, which I love. Being a person that is a big chicken when it comes to bugs, I don't see any thanks to John. John does a super super job! We had some weird looking ants a while back. John got rid of them and took a sample and took the time to research. If you despise bugs like I do, you definitely need Bug Guardian!
