We had just moved here from out of state to a house we personally hadn't previewed, and when we got here, had found a scorpion in the house. The moving truck was coming the next day and I wanted pest control service that day before everything was moved in. I called several companies, but they were the only ones that could accommodate my immediate need. We have had them servicing our home for several months and have had good, friendly, effective service from them.

We had a big scorpion problem when we moved in to our new home. I received a few referrals to Bug Guardian and scheduled my first appointment. I had a different pest company for 3+ years and they were great, but couldn't get rid of our scorpions. In the 6+ months we've had Bug Guardian we've only had 3 scorpions outside, none in the house. We haven't see any bugs in the house and the ant problem we had around our pool is gone. We are very happy with the knowledge and insight given to us and the thorough service we are receiving. I highly recommend Bug Guardian, you won't regret your decision.

We were refereed to Bug Guardian by a friend and have found there service to be great! The have the equipment to not only treat in and around the house but also the lawn. They treat for all the usual pests and scorpions too. When we spotted a scorpion in the house, they were over the next day to retreat our house and make sure we were protected. Great company, good people!We moved not long ago to AZ, not aware of the " wildlife" in the backyard, until our friend came with the UV light and horror stories! The next day I saw one scorpion in the kitchen ! What?!?! Not cool!The same day I called Bug Guardian ( based on reviews!), Tom came out ( the same day) with John, treated the house inside and outside. He talked to us about sealing the house, two weeks later it was done!And I have to tell you , they had so much fun doing it! While they were working in the heat! I didn't want them to leave! The scorpions are under control !!

All I have to say is Amazing! This is the first pest control company that I have ever felt as though they are honest and they do what they say they are going to do. Gary, is the MAN! He is like part of the family. So in short, Customer Service is amazing, any problems(ie. bugs, they personally come back out free of charge). This has only happened once which is amazing because their product actually does take care of the pests. A+++ Company!
