Be careful to get things in writing when you make a deal with this dealership - if you don't, you're on your own.



I had leased a Lexus and a month or so before my lease was up, I went in Keys Lexus to discuss getting me on a new lease and out of the old one. After a lot of back and forth, we agreed on a price, and I was told that "they would take care of the old lease and all I had to do was to cancel any automatic payments". I handed them the old keys - they handed me the new keys, and I was on my way.



Fast forward to two weeks ago, I receive a bill for my old lease from Lexus Financial. I immediately called Keys Lexus and asked them to sort it out as we discussed - I spoke with Karim who told me that it's my responsibility.



I feel taken, slightly disrespected, and above all disappointed at how some businesses treat loyal customers - both leases were from Keys... imagine what they'd do to new customers.

My bad experience at Keyes Lexus is worth sharing. On Jan 28, 2016 I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus CT200h. Knowing the car is certified by Keyes, I was confident that everything is OK. After driving the car for two weeks, problems start to show up. As I was filling up on Feb 10, 2016, I noticed the front area of the driver's side bumper popped out(I was never in an accident and there was no sign that the care was hit). I reported to the problem to Keyes the next day(Thurs). After work later that day, I drove to Keyes to see my salesman(Gary). The receptionist told me to wait at the coffee shop and she will page Gary. I waited for 45 minutes and nobody attended to my need, not knowing that Gary was off at that time as one of the employee(saleman) told me and the receptionist doesn't even know that Gary was off that day. What a waste of time. Bothered by this problem, I drove back to Keyes Lexus on Friday and I talked to Saab, the Finance guy who helped me with the paperwork when

these guys are very rude and disrespectful. Ben (sales manager) is just a flat out liar. told my wife i was there the first day haggling for a price for an hour and a half while a was there for only 45 mins tops with the test drive. then told us he did not tell me this and that the first day we talked. sales associate Khristophe know about that deal because we even talked a few times about the deal Ben told me. by the way, Khristophe is genuinely nice guy hands down.



2 days after, we went there to get a CT but asking for a better deal because price he told me that day was so different from the first day (i guess he knew we wanted the car that's why he took advantage). and i guess haggling for a price is normal when you're buying a car knowing how very tricky these car sales people are (nothing wrong about that i know it's their job) and then suddenly told me "i think you shouldn't be buying a Lexus". me and my wife felt insulted. it felt like he was telling us... you don't have the money, go somewhere else you could afford a car.



today i called the Ryan (General Manager) because i felt like he should know what kind of people he have but it seems that he does not want to listen that's why i'm here writing this review.



we were ready to buy that CT that moment he finally said he cannot go any lower but Ben's last few words made us leave.

he was very rude!



anyway, we went next door at Mercedes and ended up getting a Bnew C250 coupe that same day. i guess it's not all about the money huh, Ben?



Ben, go sell something else on the streets where respect is not needed that much.

They are very receptive group of sales people. They agreed on the amount of discount, but sneak in a few hundred more into the final sale contract. That's where most people dont pay attention thinking the deal is done. I would recommend run as far way from this dealership. they are not very professional at heart

After going to several other dealerships in a hunt for the ultimate gas



saver, we were left saddened that we couldn't get approved even with



excellent but newer credit (3 years of multiple trade lines).



Reason being we had another car loan, and banks would approve us only with



the trade in of our current car.



Luckily the guys at toyota , John Yeghiayan & Ali Shayan toyota worked



hard to get us approved and numbers that we could work with.



Kudos to Toyota financial as they are a behemoth of an institution, they



are very forgiving when it comes to credit and will try hard to get you



into a car.



At the end of the deal John Yeghiayan & Ali Shayan not only got us into the Prius we wanted, but got us a fantastic deal.



We are ever so pleased with Keyes Toyota of Van Nuys and will be doing more business with them in the future.

I called them on the phone. I knew what car I was looking for and was deciding between several colors. The guy said to come down. He said he had every color in stock. They DID not have every color in stock. He straight out lied to me. Waste of time. I did buy a car but not from them.

Don't trust their service depa...

Don't trust their service department. I bought my car here and have taken it here for service ever since. I liked the loaner cars and courtesy. But this time my service rep tried to pull a fast one...three times. I brought it in for normal maintenance and to check the rear suspension. I was told they would check it and let me know if it needed service. So I asked how much if we do the work. He said $575.00.



Then he printed the repair order and it had a request for an additional $800.00 worth of service I didnt ask for. He said sign here and we'll get you your rental car. Good thing I noticed it, cause he sure didnt mention it. He apologized and said it must have been 'recommended' last time I brought in the car. I made him take it off the order.

Later that day, I get a call from the tech who says I need new shocks. How much I ask.? $1200.00. They were $575.00 EACH. I declined. When I picked up the car, the rep says no rush on the shocks mine were ok, but they would eventually need replacing. Watch your back. They cannot be trusted.

I leased a 2012 Toyota Camry from Keys Toyota last week. I have previously leased from a couple of other LA area Toyota dealers, but none made the experience easier or more enjoyable than Keys Toyota. Everyone from the salesperson to the finance manager to young man who delivered the car to me was wonderfully helpful and friendly. My salesperson helped me find the right car at the right price. There was absolutely no "push" from anyone at Keys to get features or add-on's that I didn't need. This is my fourth BMW and probably only one of many, but I know where I will be going to get my next one!! I was very much satisfied with the service I received.

Location and customer service was excellent! Edmund has helped us in multiple transactions/leases and he's been superb! We've come back continuously because of his outstanding efficiency and prompt service. The location was clean and had great variety of selections. Adequate car selection for my vehicle, attentive product specialist and salesman, better looking waiting area than other dealerships. The sales person was so nice and dealership follow-up service is good so far. Finally, I find Keyes Lexus has really big inventory and willingness to negotiate price. Great experience!

I got a brand new is from Keys...

I got a brand new is from Keys Lexus and got great service. I was kind of picky with all the options I wanted and didn’t want, aldo my wanted different wheels then it came with. They bent over backwards just to make sure the car was the way I wanted. I was so happy when I arrived to pick it up, everything was perfect. Great place.
