The best service I have ever gotten was when I was at Keyes Lexus. They really know how to appreciate someone’s business in this economy. They treat you with respect and like a customer. The staff is there for you and to make sure your satisfied. I really enjoyed my car buying experience from Keyes and I will recommend everyone I know.

Keyes Lexus really gave me a great deal on a new car. Getting a new car for almost 5k under book is unheard of. I got so many extras also, from tint and different wheels. I really got a great deal on this car and my service was amazing also. Im really happy with the service I got and I will return.

Being an older Gentalmen and having worked in the car industry in my younger years, it is very hard to impress me. Whenever I have made a purchase for a new car I am thinking in my head “I would be doing that different and this would have been done instead of that”. This is the first time in my life I am very impressed with the service and the level of professionalism I was given. Keyes Lexus by far has blown me away with the service I was given and knowledge they have for their manufacture. Keep up the enthusiasm and amazing work.

We were looking for a luxury sedan and wasn’t sure which to go with. We had looked at all of them but the one that stood out was the car we drove at Keyes Lexus. Keyes service department is always there for you. I had an issue with my car and went right in. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right away. I didn’t wait long and they fixed my issue without any complications. This is a Great Place.

I bought a Lexus about 6 months ago for myself. The expierance I had wasn’t the best and I don’t want to go through that again. My sister is looking around for one herself and she wanted to go to Keyes Lexus. I tagged along for support. When we arrived the vibe was so nice and everyone was so nice. We went for a test drive and did some negotiating. My sister has her new car now, and now I know where to shop from now on.

This is my second time making a purchase at Keyes Lexus. First I got my GS, and now we got for my wife a IS. Both times were a pleasant purchase and a hassle free environment. The sales staff is so nice and always making sure you are aware of what is going on. This makes me feel very good to know they don’t want to take advantage of you. Keep up the super great work.

I came in to return my lease. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get instead but I had an extra car so I wasn’t in a rush. When I arrived they asked me what I wanted to do with the car? I didn’t really know I had any choices. They gave me the optin to buy it. I was excited about that. All the money I put into it would go toward the purchase and they were giving me a great deal on it. Two for two with Keyes Lexus.

My brand new 2011 is350 was running a little rough. I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I had to get it fix. I use my vehicle for my job and it needs to be reliable. I stopped by Keyes Service department and they took me right in. There was a sensor that failed and is was causing my car to miss-fire. Thanks to Keyes and the Service Department I didn’t lose any work, or sleep over this minor issue.

I had a message come on my display about low fluid. I came into Keyes Lexus for the quick lube guys to look at it. I wasn’t sure what it was but the guys told me they’ll take care of it and not to worry. About 5 min later they came back out front with my keyes and told me it was just washer fluid. To my relief everything was ok and I had the service guys at Keyes to take care of me and my car.

I just picked up my one of a kind, pre ordered ISF. I came to Keyes Lexus about 6 weeks ago and gave them a list of options I wanted in my car. I wasn’t sure if I could get them all, but they made it happen. From the white leather seats and red stitching to the two tone paint job. My Specified wheels and tires to even the exhaust. Im not sure if everything was done from the factory, at the dealer ship or if they had to sub let some of the options out. All I know is that everything on my list was completed. I love my new car as well as the place I got it, Keyes Lexus. Thank You for everything.

I came into Keyes looking for a is300. When I arrieved I was overwhelmed with the selection of cars they had to choose from. I found one that had everything I was looking for from the color, leather, sunroof and chrome wheels. We took it for a test drive and I knew I had to have this car. I current car is a lease I got from Keyes a few years back but I think I am ready to purchase. I came into Keyes about 15 months early wondering if they would allow me to return the car early without a penalty. Due to the fact a am a returning customer and was going to get a new car they allowed it, without a penalty. I am so excited to get my own car, and I have Keyes Lexus to thank for all there help and support.

I came into Keyes Lexus to pick up my Green slip. Throughout my buying process they were more than accommodating to my needs and everything that was going on. I wasn’t able to get in there in time before they closed. I didn’t think they would still be open but I took a chance that someone was still there, possibly working on a deal. When I arrived I saw my salesman outside waiting for me. I was so impressed that they would go out of there way just to wait for me to make sure I got my slip. This place gets 2 thumbs up for customer service in my book.

I came in looking for a new is350 AWD. I got a ride in one with a co-worker last week and haven’t stopped thinking about it. I met with Carol and we went for a ride. She asked me why do I need AWD and I didn’t really have an answer. She told me that there was a is350 RWD on the lot that has 3,000mi on it and it is still a 2011. It was a demo car and they are willing to do a great deal on it. I went for it. I love my new car and I appreciate the fact that she was willing to make a good deal for me.
