We needed our chimney cleaned & inspected. I set up an appointment and Steve was actually here early which was a plus for us. He explained everything, very thorough in all aspects of the service. Cleaned up and made sure he answered all my questions. Excellent service!

Steve did a fantastic job! Not only did he clean our chimney as hired but he did it quickly, cleanly and very politely. He also took a look in our basement where we had had some smoke from our fireplace and gave us advice about how to look into that. In doing so he also found a dead bird and offered to remove it for us! He also left chimney sweep coloring books for our sons! Highly Recommend.

Steve did an excellent job at the chimney sweep today. My wood stove looks great! He was very helpful with everything and it was finished in a short period of time. Very efficient!

I recently had my chimney cleaned and the first thing the technician, Steve, did when he arrived at my home was to put shoe covers on his feet to protect my floors and carpets. I knew then that I was dealing with a caring professional. Steve spent an hour cleaning and inspecting my chimney and even took the time to give me some tips for getting the best use of my fireplace. Steve was efficient, friendly and professional. Perfect!

Steve arrived to clean my chimney today and was on time and very professional. Also had Steve clean my chimney last yr too and was very satisfied with his service. He was very knowledgeable and offered a ton of useful information regarding stove burning temps and gasket repairs. I highly recommend Northeast Chimney and ask Steve if you want a job well done.

On 10/23/15, Steve from Northeastern Chimney came to my house to service my pellet stove for the first time since I've moved into my house. He was very informative on how I should clean my stove throughout the season and actually showed me some ways to clean I didn't know about. Steve also suggested some tips and tricks which will be helpful going forward!



Steve looked at my boiler and chimney while he was here. He recognized some cracks that need to get repaired to make sure that everything is up to code. I appreciated his professionalism and educational approach to make sure I understood everything he was saying and so I know for the future.



I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their pellet stove or chimney cleaned or repaired.

On 10/15/2015 a gentleman by the name of Steve came out to my house to check out the chimney at my home. Steve was a huge help with the service he provided at my home. He came in a showed my exactly everything he saw and explained everything that needed to be done. He was a huge help and he will have my service for life. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for any work on there chimney.
