Steve from Northeast Chimney came to service my wood and pellet stoves and furnace chimney. He did a great job and answered all of my concerns. He inspected all 3 chimneys and made recommendations. It was my first time using this company and I will be recommending them to others. MaryAnne K.

Just had Steve from Northeast Chimney come to clean the chimney. He did a great job. Was initially running a few minutes late due to an emergency at a prior job, but got a courtesy call from both Northeast Chimney coordinator and then another call from Steve when he was about 15 minutes away. When he got here, he took the time to explain what the process was and even gave us a few safety tips about lighting fires. I would recommend Steve and Northeast Chimney for this service. 9/2/2015

It all began many years ago when Nayaug Chimney sweeps took care of my chimney and fireplaces. I called them a few weeks ago and they sent Andy to perform those services. He arrived on time, took pictures of the chimneys and pointed out a few problems. His inspection was thorough and he explained the problems in easy to understand language. I did not feel pressured into buying anything!Then there was today -- Chris and his crew arrived EARLY! Hooray!! They worked hard making all repairs, cleaned up after themselves and explained what was happening as they worked. Believe me, it was plenty messy work, but there was no evidence of a mess when they left. At the end, Chris came in and we compared what was done to the contract that I signed. He wanted to be sure that everything promised was accomplished. Super impressed with everyone. {By the way, Nayaug and Northeastern Chimney are now one organization.} Kudos to the entire team! Many thanks for keeping my family safe!

Steve and Andy called before they came, and arrived on time. They were always smiling and did an awesome job! The proposal they presented was very thorough and I will use them to do that work that is needed on the chimney.
