I HAD RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM THE WEBSITE WHICH MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS EASIER. I WAS ABLE TO COME IN AND TEST DRIVE THE CAR RIGHT AWAY. PLUS I HAD A STARTING POINT ON THE PRICE OF THE CAR. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

He listened to what I wanted. He was pleasant and efficient. He knew what he was talking about but was not pushy. He made sure that every aspect was covered and that I was comfortable.

Excellent service as always. This is our 3rd Toyota purchase in the last 3 yrs and we have worked with Zubair from the start. He also makes sure the rest of the team is also helpful and that we are always WELL taken care of.

I have been bringing my Toyota vehicles for service to this dealership for twenty plus years and have purchased two new vehicles from this location in the last two and a half years. The reason is that the service department does what it says and any problems are fixed and even caught before they become bigger problems. I live in Chicago and there is a closer dealership to my home but I drive to Westmont for the dependable service. During my two purchase experiences we have been helped both times by Zubair Karim who provided us excellent assistance with the test drive, trade-in, and purchase process. It is these positive experiences that will keep us coming back in the future.

John was very helpful and pleasant to work with. When I called with questions he got right back to me. He also helped me find an installer for some after market things I wanted for the car, that weren't part of the trim package. I was very pleased with his service.

My experience was excellent! This is the second Avalon I purchased from Zubair Karim and Alex Syed at Oakbrook Toyota. I purchased it over the phone from Florida with Zubair, who did a great job of communicating openly and honestly. Very good experience. Lewis was patient with me, and went over more than s few automobiles with me. I looked into Nissan as well, but the experience was nowhere near as good.
