Mr. Umesh helped me with the lease of my new RAV4, and I was very much delighted by his superior service and attending very closely to my needs from the beginning of process of selection of car to the completion of process in a very reasonable period of time. It was a very smooth transaction under a utmost professionalism of Mr. Trivedi and a superior leadership of the General Manger, Mr. Alex Syed.

Great and simple, it made buying a car a whole lot easier! The service was great and is getting better. Patrick Oday helped alot and I was very happy to have him help us.

Came in for service of my daughters corolla. Heard about Camry . Thought I would look at it. Met with Alex, Gm, who found me a great car and I closed the deal.

Patrick O'Day was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful in my purchase of a car. He was not pushy and showed me the vehicles I was interested in purchasing.I was a McGrath Lexus customer for 11 years and after my lease was up so was our relationship. I located a 2012 Honda Crosstour of interest via the web and drove in from Freeport, Il to check it out. I was promptly contacted to see if I had any questions and wished to set up a test drive. Amy rode along on the test drive and worked with us to reach an acceptable purchase price. Overall, I was pleased with Amy's demeanor and approach to the sales process. However, the amount of flexibility demonstrated on price very nearly caused me to pack up my gear and leave for the next dealership. Frankly, I needed to quickly source a car for my wife before resuming a busy work travel schedule or I would have left to check out other sources.

I brought my car in around 8:30 and the service was done at 2:00. John was very helpful and friendly. He recognized me and called me by name when I picked up the car. I appreciated that. He also showed me how to use the remote starter when I picked it up.ic. Offer suggestions.

Frank is an exceptional sales person, he met all my needs and really took the extra step to make me feel special. I haven't seen this in forever and thought customer service was a thing of the past until Frank. Please give this man a raise, praise bonus or something to keep him at your store. Toyota has earned a life long customer I do roadside assistance for a living and tell all my customers about my awesome new car and your dealership. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and processional, from Samantha, to Mr. Syed, to the finance guy, to the guy who showed me how to operate my vehicle. I'm very pleased and hope to return on a regular basis for Service. I also expect to refer colleagues there.

Great service! We bought a car for my 18 yr old daughter, within 4 months she totaled the car. Fortunately we had full coverage insurance and had purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle also. We came back and they were able to get us into another affordable Camry and another extended warranty.

Very good. Dave was very helpful and called and the warranty company to make sure we would not have any issues with the repair. Dave also kept me updated on the progress of the repair.

I arrive to Toyota Service for oil change, John told me that my vehicle was equipped with sintetic oil and it was good for 10,000 miles and my car was only with 4000 miles therefore he was going to reseted and gave me a new appointment date, over all I was very happy with the service received

I came in for a window repair and because I was nearing the end of my current lease I worked with sales to lease new 2013 Highlander. Everyone was professional, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Easy experience with minimal sales pressure. Tom was great to work with, which made the whole process better because this was my first car purchase. Service at the dealership was outstanding and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I purchased a used vehicle, that I am quite happy with, and I have only very nice things about salesperson Frank Andry. He was a pleasure to do business with, and a gentleman. On the other hand, I have no doubt that I made an expensive error in judgement when I was convinced to accept the Toyota extra care package, as offered to me by the Finance department. I was also unable to negotiate more favorable terms (sale price of the vehicle) due to my need to purchase a vehicle immediately. I'm sure that I will continue to carry regret about the financial terms of this transaction long into the future.

They dont seem to be interested in dealing.

They operate like dealers did 30 yrs ago. They will not tell prices untill you want the car and start the paperwork. They are rude and pompous.
