Tim Foust was my Tech. He arrived on the earlier side of the time window. He was very courteous/professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. Would recommend.

Dustin Fullmer, the technician, was prompt, courteous and professional. Not only did he get rid of all the cobwebs as part of the service but found a couple of hornet nests he took care of for me. So I think Dustin went beyond what is normal service. He was great.

This was our first time using a pest control company. We are very pleased with the service. Our tech Dustin was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He arrived on time and work diligently to get the job done.

Our service technician was Edward Williams. Eddie was a top notch pro. He did a thorough job and spent time to explain what he was doing. We are new customers and were happy with the service but will judge the effectiveness after a little time has passed.

Tyler Brady did my treatment today. He called when he was on his way and done a very thorough job both inside and out. He noticed a lot of ant hills and gave them extra treatment. Thanks Tyler

We recently received the first application after joining Aptive. Jack was our service provider. He was on time (actually a little early), courteous, and performed in a very professional manner. We are already noticing a substantial reduction in the number of fleas and spiders in parts of our home. Good Job!!

Tyler Brady was awesome. He did the outside and then I asked him to look at my bathroom, which had some little ants. He then offered to look in the basement and spray down there. Jumped into the crawl spaces and did his thing. He was super professional, friendly and quick at his job.
