We have had a wonderful experience with Aptive so far. Our service guy, Tyrone, was prompt for the appt., attentive to the problems we were having with our new home, and professional. I also greatly appreciate his patience with my toddler on his last 2 visits. My son loves to follow him all over the house and watch him spray/work.
We are very happy with the service and would recommend this company to our family and friends.

On top of being very competent, Tyrone also alerted me to an open door at the house. The door was supposed to be open, but the gesture was very thoughtful.

Brendon was very professional, friendly and called me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive at my house to give me time to meet him there from my work.

Tyrone Ferguson was a great service technician today - very thorough and detailed, he looked for bugs and critters in every possible place, checked for access points around the entire perimeter of the house, and made sure to go the extra mile for me.

Brendon was very thorough in inspecting the house. And made sure that my dogs were not nearby when he was spraying.

I had a great first experience with Kris. She was kind, knowledgable and thorough in treating my house. She answered all my questions, and made my experience with Active a great one.

On July 26, I had our first Quarterly application. Ray was a very friendly and polite young man. At my request he addressed some areas of concern both inside and outside in a professional manner.
Aptive seem to do all the right things!

Since we do most of our own lawn service (mowing, trimming, landscaping bug-control), we were very reluctant to trust a vendor. We have been exceptionally pleased with Aptive. They have been first-class thus far and appreciated Parshu's service.

Dustin F. did a great job and was very thorough in his explanation of the services. He was very professional and friendly.

We recently became a customer of Aptive and were totally impressed by the service, attention and promptness delivered by Prashu. N. He waited patiently while we attended to our dog before having him work on the house and ensured all the corners, nests and little sneaky entry points were completely addressed. He even explained how the system worked and what we should do in the event we find little trespassers in our domain!!

This was my first experience with Aptive. The technician, Baylee Danies, was prompt and explained exactly what she was going to do. She cleaned the easements and was very careful around the flower beds. Tom S.

We are so pleased with Aptive. Their sales, their technicians, and the company in general. We had been struggling with an ant problem for years, trying several methods on our own. We were concerned with pet safety and allergy. They were kind knowledgable and were great to work with.

Baylee D. was my technician today. She was very prompt, courteous, and professional at all times. She explain the process, took the time to answer my questions, and got to work. Once completed she asked me if I had any questions and bless her heart, she took the time to make sure I was pleased with her service! I would highly recommend the company and hope you get to meet Baylee if you choose them.

My technician, Dustin, was exactly on time, courteous, & professional. And I had great service with their customer service phone rep Lindsey. She handled my concern quickly & saved me from canceling the appointment. So far, 5 star service all around.

Dustin was very thorough and professional. He was respectful of our dog and patient with me putting him inside and outside.

Ray came out today to treat our house, and he was very professional and personable! He definitely knows his stuff and went above and beyond explaining everything he was going to do for us! Thank you Ray for such a pleasant experience!

Baylee Daniels was exceptional in her courtesy, intelligence and knowledge. She did her work after explaining her intentions before starting and completed the job as agreed. I could not be more pleased.

Jonathan and Dustin were very polite and explained what they were going to do and when finished, reviewed what they did. I wish all service companies had young people like these 2 as well as Sarah the salesperson.
