The people were friendly and helpful during every step of the process. Overall it was a quality experience. Only drawback was arranging the 4 hour window of availability. Even then they Rusty's picked up the car within the first hour.

It is alot harder to sell a wrecked car than a car in good condition. I googled different options and chose to try Rusty's. Great decision on my part. They are extremely legitimate because i promise i was skeptical. And free removal by the towing company. It doesn't get any better or easier. I called one morning and my car was picked up and paid for the very next afternoon. Very very happy! I recommend Rusty's to anyone!!

1st never do what I did. I contacted a few companies for this process. By phone and web sites. The people who actually contact for pick up and remove the vehicle are contracted. The check was written to me out of the cab of the truck. I was very uneasy with that process and almost told them to drop the car. After the vehicle left, I started receiving calls from other pick up companies and was totally confused. That was my fault because these pick up guys are contracted and most of them had no clue who they were actually picking up for. Needless to say after back tracking by phone as to who I did the business with, it was Rusty`s. Now I'm praying the check out of the cab clears the bank because the cell phone number on the check is no good. Being frustrated and needing the car gone did not help my situation. Overall so far, Rusty`s was great, professional and helped me verify it was them quickly. I understand the confusion with so many contracted tow companies. Rusty`s gave me thirty dollars more than the crusher would have so yea great deal.

Rusty's auto salvage service is a very professionally run business. They gave me a fair offer for my vehicle, arranged for pick up and towing and followed through on every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was paid on the spot when I transferred the title to the towing company. Excellent transaction!

Ladies in the office were excellent and the

Rusty's people were professional and efficient. They gave conflicting information than what the towing company said. The towing company was a nightmare. They kept calling trying to schedule pickup although it had already been set. They were a week late in picking up the truck if they ever did. I left it up to Rusty's to resolve with the towing company. Still waiting after two weeks for a check.

Rustys was very professionally and efficient. Successful experience, would recommend them.

The process was simple, the customer service was knowledgeable as well as friendly and the tow service was efficient and professional. The results were exactly as they said it would be with the check they gave me and the towing service they provided. I highly recommend them!

Pretty fast turnaround on the quote but I was upset with the tow service. I was given an all day 'window' (6 am - 7pm) when the car would be picked up, but no one showed or called! I called Rusty's the the following Monday and was told the towing company was too busy on the pick-up day. (no excuse for no call!) Car was picked up at 7pm Monday.

Rusty's took my old SUV off my hands within 2 days of me returning their calls. The only reason it wasn't next-day was due to the holiday! A check was made out to me immediately and there was no hassles. If I end up with another old vehicle to get rid of I'll be calling Rusty's to free me from the rust!

Our experience with Rusty's Auto Salvage was very good!! They paid us over 6 times what any of the local salvage companies offered us, twice as much as the car dealer offered us in "trade-in", and Rusty offered free towing!



One local company offered us 6 times LESS than Rusty, if we had the vehicle towed to them. The one local company that might have offered us more than Rusty's took over a week to return my call and make an offer.



Rusty's made the deal within probably not even 20 minutes during the very first call to them. Have your car details and title handy when you call because they are ready to do business right now!



Once the deal was done, they sent out a very clear set of e-mails about the details of the deal.



The driver who was responsible for towing our car responded in exactly the agreed on time frame, and kept us informed as to when he could meet us at the dealer where the car was stranded. He delivered the check as promised and took the car. Further, he actually seemed to really care that he did take care of us. Tabitha C.
