Rusty’s Auto Salvage was easy to work with. The service was great and the price was above other quotes I had received. Don’t waste your time with “other” companies. I would highly recommend their services.

This was a too good to be true moment! Rusty's Auto Salvage did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They kept in constant contact with me. No problems whatsoever!

Called them after I got screwed by Franes 3 times this week. Same day pickup by this company can not happen when they are closed.

Rusty's Auto Salvage was by far the best company to deal with when attempting to sell our Maxima. Their offer was twice what other companies had offered and the process was hassle free. I would definitely recommend them.

Rustys Auto Salvage -- Was the quick and easy way to get rid of that broken down car out back. Call from the tow company, pickup and check was just as they said it would be. I would do it again if need be.

No hassle, completely painless process. I was offered a fair price for my car and everything went smooth. The junkyard called and came when they said they would and were extremely friendly and courteous. Would definitely reccomend.

Excellent company with consistent communication. No complications, towed my vehicle when they said they would and took care of everything.

My fiancé and I were in an accident and weren't going to get anything from insurance, and fixing the car was far beyond our financial reach, so I'm thankful that Rusty's was there to give me the most money they could for the car. Scheduling and covering the pick up and towing for me even though I wasn't able to be there in person, and then being willing to just send me the check for the car was a huge help given the car was 2 hours away from me, and I had no idea what to do with it. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them. The people you talk to are super friendly and incredibly helpful and understanding.

Called in and waited for a rep. After 5 min one answered, gave him my information and he placed me back on hold. 5 min more passed and a new person answer asking for the same info. After provided they offer less than a quarter the KBB. When denied to haggle lady hung up. Horrible quote, horrible customer service. Called based on the rating, but they must have their employees rate because the number is false.

I like this company. I got offers from a few and the other companies treated me terribly. Rusty's followed up with their offer and were very professional in everything. I'd definitely recommend them!

Called in to get a quote on a car I have and the lady told me that she couldn't tow it because she had no tow trucks in the area, and hung up on me. They really need to work on their customer service.

They picked up my wrecked car from the towing place and paid me $.

Rusty's offered a good price with free towing. The people on the phone were nice and the pick up guy was very friendly. Would go through them again.

As I was cleaning out my junk vehicle a flat bed truck came along as scheduled and in less than 10 minutes I had a check in my hand. Junk-A-Car offered me more than the insurance company for my totaled car. Happy!

Easy breezy.....Had check...took truck...NO WORRIES!

The towing company they contracted was amazing! However the employees working for this company are completely unprofessional! My boyfriend scheduled the pick up for a Wednesday and took the day off from work. On Tuesday while at work he received a phone cal for a pick-up with the driver arguing that it had to be done that day. He called the company and they said the driver was mistaken. Wednesday comes and he stays home from work only to receive a phone call stating that there was an error and the car would not be picked up that day! The woman said she couldn't do anything to help him. He hung up and called again- the man he got this time said because it was them who dropped the ball he would have the tow there by 5pm to pick up the car. 3pm comes and we call the company and they say the driver's on his way. 4 pm comes and we call again only to be told a driver will be there between 5-7pm. 6:45pm comes around we call again only for the office to be closed. 8pm the tow truck arrives. I called the general manager at that location, Joseph Rossi and left a concerned voice-mail only to never hear back from him.



Again, the man who came to tow the car away was great! But the company itself has absolutely no concern for their clients! Ridiculous!

The Towing company was fast and the people at Rusty's were friendly and helped. Good company.

Positive experience. All went well but the pickup of the car. The driver came with a big truck which did not get in my backyard and rescheduled the pickup. I had to change a back tire (flat) with the front tire and then they towed it.

Everything went smooth . No hassles. Brought me a check and took the vehicle from my house.

Easy process, excellent service, prompt. Highly recommend.
