Junk-a-Car (dba "Rusty's") was the first junkyard I called. They offered me $400 for my car. All the other offers I received were under $290. Before I had finished my research and made the decision to go with Rusty's, I received too many calls from them - including one at 7:30 AM and another only half an hour later. I don't appreciate so many calls, and probably would not have picked Rusty's if their offer hadn't been so much higher than the others. BUT once I connected with them to make the sale, they made it super easy, which was great because my car was at a mechanic 100 miles away from where I live. I received my check in the mail very promptly.

Very fast and friendly service. Don't play no game when it come to picking up your vehicle and bringing you your check.. Will recommend to others and will also be using them again in the near future.

They were great! It was easy to reach a representative who was kind and courteous. The tow company was prompt at calling and setting up the date and time for the tow. When the tow truck driver arrived he was very helpful. He helped to take the plate off my car. Paperwork was easy and made for a great deal! I totally recommend this company!

They were absolutely wonderful! It was easy to book the appointment and they worked with my schedule to make it possible coming in the later evening. The gentleman who showed up were VERY kind and helped me get my tag off my car while chattering away with me. I would definitely recommend this company.

They drove all the way from Akron to my work in Mentor to pick up the title because they knew I didn't have a car. Then they drove to Willoughby to get the car. They went out of their way to help me out and were so nice about everything!! I highly recommend this company! They're the best!
