I can only say how great everything went from the initial phone call all the way to taking the vehicle. Everyone was courteous and professional. I knew how much the vehicle would be valued as scrap if I had delivered it to the metal yard myself. The offer I received I felt was very fair. I highly recommend this service to all of my friends in the future. Thanks!!!

Was promised a tow truck between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., took a half day off work to be home and they never showed up. Also, was told the tow truck driver would call an hour before they arrive, still no call. Of course, the office is closed at 6 so I can not even contact them, terrible experience!!!

Sent a request to sell. They called me the next day and scheduled my free pick-up. The man was friendly and courteous, careful to not risk damaging my property. I was paid cash immediately. I do recommend them.

I call rustsy to come pick up my vehicle at first I was frustrated with hold times and transfers but once I got to the right person it was great they made me an offer said they would be out the next day I left everything they needed but I forgot to sign the title but they came out the next day check in hand! I would recommen and use them again!

My car was rendered immobile and towed to the nearest shop (which was far from my home). When it came time for me to decide to get rid of it, a simple phone call to Junk-a-Car put me at ease. I knew someone would be able to pick it up, tow it, and I even got more money in my pocket than I expected, and all very quickly! I would recommend this service to anyone! Easy, helpful, reliable.

The tower came at the approximate time of 9:00 AM to pick up my old 2005 Pontiac Grand AM. Received more money from the quote than I originally planned on and was pleased with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remove old and junked cars from their property and in need of quick cash.

Called for a quote and was responded to promptly, but then transferred around to different operators despite saying I would have to call back with the VIN information. I was asked for the information at every transfer. Then immediately received a phone call from the tow company requesting VIN information. Business states "Free same day pick-up" which was needed, however was not offered. Instead offered for 3-4 days out. After much hassle same day pick up suddenly became available.

Requested job was done, but with far more trouble than advertised.

I just sold my 1995 Honda Accord to Rusty's and it was all very easy and straight forward! I called (after hours), gave the operator my car info and received a call back from a representative the next day with a quote. They then faxed my info over to a towing company/salvage yard in my area and I received a call from those guys 30 minutes later to set up a pick-up time. Very easy and hassle free!



Just know that you'll most likely get less $ for your car by taking this route than if you do a personal sale (assuming your car is in decent enough condition to where someone would buy it). But going the Craigslist route takes a lot more time and energy. That said, I would recommend trying this if you --like me-- just want to get rid of your car asap and want some quick cash for it. ;)

They offered me more money for my car than other places. The experience was pleasant. Friendly customer service, fast transaction and very accommodating. just called based on the reviews here and theres no way I will call back again when I said I just wanted a quote and not sell my car for $200 the guy hung up on me and I notice that's happen before to someone on here I would love for you to tell me that it didn't just happen.... customer service sucks!!!

Picked up my car same day, got more than I expected. They were very professional. I didn't even have the title for my car and they were able to do it with just the registration. It was fast, convenient and hassle free. I would definitely recommend it.
