So I got a good price for my car. The engine blew up in my 2000 toyota Rav4. They originally offered 500, but i told them i was offered 800 for it and they countered with 850. They were very nice, especially the customer service line. There were a couple of mess ups but it was all in error and nothing that was really their fault. The guy came and picked up my car without getting the title from me, and I wanted to meet him there between the time slot they gave me but the driver's phone was dead and nobody could reach him. They found out he had gone and picked up the car at the shop, but all my personal belongings were still in it, so they are mailing them back to me now. The driver ended up driving from maryland to meet me and exchange the title for the check. Great bunch. Highly recommended. Got enough money from the car for a down payment on a 15 model.

I emailed for a quote and got a call back the next day. It all went so smoothly and everyone was helpful. They worked with my schedule to come get my car and the tow driver was so nice!

I have searched and called for different auto salvage agency, and only Rusty offer me the top dollar without negotiating. The tow driver provided a great customer services by contacting me and schedule the time to pick up in my convenience.

Rusty's Auto Salvage gave me the best price out there for my broken down car. The service was excellent and the tow truck driver exceptionally patient. I was not with my car when they came to pick it up and they waited for me with no problem at all. I would certainly reccomend them and use their service in the future if I ever have the need.

My son had an accident that left his car totaled. Since his insurance was only liability, his car was not covered. With little money saved to put toward a new vehicle... Rusty's gave us an excellent quote on the purchase of his car!! We had checked with other buyers, but none of them were as quick to respond, or gave us the quote that Rusty's did! They responded with a personal phone call, they were friendly, and helpful, and were able to send someone the very next day to remove the car with check in hand!!! Their payment price was great! This plus the money he had saved, allowed him to put a down payment on a new car... and made the turn around time for my son getting another vehicle quick and truly alleviated a lot of stress!!! Rusty's was fantastic to work with... Thanks for junking our car!!! I would highly recommend using Rusty's to anyone who needs to sell their junk car too!! I needed to get rid of my car asap. As soon as I spoke with Rusty's Auto Salvage, they provided me immediate service right away. The process was quick and easy. Free tow and we exchanged information by mail which is convenient for me. They did everything for me and picked up my vehicle without even meeting up with me. Awesome service. We were extremely happy with the service provided. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and we got more than we would have dealing with private sales. They came and picked the car up with check in hand within 48 hours of speaking to someone.

I was very satisfied with the service. It was fast and quick . I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Rusty's made my transaction very easy. Upon calling I was transferred to the appropriate people that would give me a quote and arrange a pick-up time for my vehicle. The driver arrived on time and handed me a check for the amount quoted. Everyone at Rusty's was friendly, courteous and happy to help.

There were some glitches. I was told on a Wednesday that my car would be picked up the following morning and I'd receive a phone call about an hour ahead of time. The driver never showed up or called. I called Rusty's to get a status and out of the clear blue they closed their offices on Thursday & Friday (9/25 & 9/26). Anyway, the driver shows up Friday morning, no call in advance. The transaction itself was ok (give keys and title, get check). But I thought Rusty's was quite unprofessional in their customer communications.

Called and the guy was very rude keeping to very breif questions and after i gave him my car information(that i do own the title on) he says "sorry cant take it:" and instantly hangs up. I call back, no answer. idk what kind of scam these guys are trying to run but they DO NOT buy cars, i have a feeling most of these reviews are from them.....

I am pleased with Rusty's Auto Salvage for the most part. Their offer for my junker was the best I could find. The only disappointing part was that when I got my quote online, it was for $250. When I spoke with them on the phone, I was told that $200 was the most they would pay. This seems like a "bait and switch" tactic. Since I wanted the junker gone, I went along with it. By doing a review, I get a $25 gift certificate, although I am still $50 short of the original quote. In the end, I got cash for my junker and they came and picked it up. Glad to have it gone.

Rusty’s Auto Salvage was easy to work with. The service was great and the price was above other quotes I had received. Don’t waste your time with “other” companies. I would highly recommend their services.

Selling my car to Rusty's Auto Salvage was quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic, they offered more for my car than other companies, and they worked with me to find a time when they could come pick up my car. I would definitely recommend them!
