I have two security doors from Secure-All and couldn't be happier with them and the customer service I've received. Today it is freezing, and I couldn't get the lock on one of my doors to work. I called Ken to see if he could help or if I should call a locksmith, and he said he was in the neighborhood and would be over within five minutes. Unbelievably, he was! He cleaned my locks and had them working perfectly in no time. Plus, he didn't charge me a cent, and was exceedingly courteous and professional. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but it isn't with Secure-All. I am having another security door installed in the near future. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Ken installed our new custom security door today. We feel like "kids at Christmas".... couldn't be happier. Ken is an absolute professional from the first meeting, and his installation did not disappoint. He is a perfectionist!!We almost went to Liberty for a security door....they always pop up first in a Google search. That would have been a horrible mistake. The first meeting, the tech was unprofessional, didn't seem to know his work, wouldn't help with suggestions, and came across and just plain scary. Oh yes.....didn't even show up on time and never apologized. The so called owners/supervisors were rude and just as scary. Secure-All couldn't be more opposite. We just have nothing but good things to say. We even asked for a bunch of business cards to hand out to neighbors (one already signed up for a door after meeting Ken today). Keep up the good work!!

To Ken and his crew:I had the pleasure of meeting with Ken a few months ago to discuss options to install a security door for my first floor patio at the Hangar Lofts in Lowry. We choose two designs and they were approved by the HOA. I have never found a more customer driven company to work with in my entire life, not to mention sharing a wonderful conversation about growing up Italian. The level of customer service was outstanding. Ken not only meet with me initially, he also followed up by being sure to get the measurements right. Ken then provided a general contractor to reverse the existing patio door in preparation to install the security and furthermore provided a painter to paint the door once it was reversed. Upon installation Ken stopped by one last time to ensure all went well and I was satisfied. I would and have recommended Secure All to others and will continue to do so in the future. In this day and age to receive this type of customer service and attention if unheard of. A job well done!

My condo approved the door designs but Ken spent all the time I needed to make an informed decision on a door that would work best in my situation. The ordering process was easy, and the attention to the design detail, which had to overcome some obstacles on my patio, was exceptional. The doors were installed yesterday and I love the way they look on my sliding glass doors adding architectural detail in addition to the security! The installer was a perfectionist so they work perfectly. I can't say enough about Secure-All's customer service, responsiveness, and quality of product. Wish I had another door for them to secure!

We have had Secure-All security doors on our home since 1998. Not only do they provide security they make our porch appeal that much better!! The staff has always been very professional & goes above & beyond! Although the doors rarely need servicing, when they do, the staff is always available. The service technician Ken is thorough, knowledgeable, & very friendly. Secure-All is a pleasure to do business with. A lot of companies could take a lesson from these guys - if only all businesses were run this way.

I would recommend that you don't skimp on your security. Secure-All is a family owned company and they are perfectionists when it comes to securing your entry ways. We have a new screen/storm door on our back doorway that would need a 4X4 truck with a solid pulley system to remove. It looks amazing as well! Ken Colaizzi and the whole family are honest, straight forward and they will treat you right. I highly recommend their work.

You’ve read reviews from new customers but I doubt you’ve read a review regarding 14 –year-old Secure All double-entry doors that are still operating in excellent condition! I purchased my doors in 2000. They have been trouble free all these years. This summer I had the interior double-entry doors replaced. That meant the Secure All security doors needed re-keyed and a lower angle security bracket replaced (removed during new door installation). I can attest to the superior quality of these doors and that Secure All stands by its product. Additionally, Ken Colaizzi provides outstanding customer service. These security doors are the best built on the market. Nothing else will give you better protection, peace-of-mind, and reliability.

My experience with Ken and his team has been terrific. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive to any and all inquiries. And since I wanted a custom door with very specific detailing, Ken worked tirelessly to find creative options for me... including suggestions and work-arounds when I asked for physically impossible feats! In the end, we LOVE our new door and recommend Secure-All to anyone who wants the highest quality and the very best service.-Christopher

This family owned company has been taking care of me for years - the quality of their doors is far better than anything you would ever find at a big box store - and the customer service is the best - they come every year and switch the glass/screens, label them and store them in my basement - awesome!

We have had our custom storm door from Secure-All for 10 years now and absolutely love it. It was worth every penny and then some. Ken from Secure-All provides the best customer service. He is so quick to respond for even any small adjustment on the closerI would highly recommend getting one of these beautiful doors. The quality is top notch and you will never have to replace it. Security doors by Secure-All. Secure-All is a wonderful company. This opinion is based on fact and service. The main thing that impressed me with this company is that it is a family run business. I live in southwest Pennsylvania and purchased a new home over 2 years ago. I had been looking to have a storm door installed with a pet door. My exterior door is a Anderson patio door and has no frame on the outside to attach a storm door to. The local hardware stores and door contractors in the area could not help me, except to install a new exterior door. And then I searched the internet and found Secure-All. Ken came to the home twice to measure (he even measured the pets) and assured me they could help me. Secure-All built a frame to go on the door and is screwed to the inside frame of the exterior door. The door is PERFECT! I also purchased a security door for my front door. With Ken's assistance, I chose oil-rubbed bronze for both doors. When visitors see these doors, their reaction is "WOW". The pet door is a Hale door product and is aluminum framed and oil-bronzed as well. Secure-All, I am so very pleased with my doors, my only issue is that I wish I would have found you sooner. Thank you for such a perfect install, Ken is a perfectionist!

My Husband is a firefighter. He has the funny shifts where he is gone for a couple days and then home. We had an infant daughter way back then and I was nervous in the house alone with the baby. I shopped and shopped for a new screen door and learned about security doors vs screened doors. Secure-All has the best doors, with the best prices (most people would say it is too expensive) but here is the best part.... we have had our door for almost 20 years and it has an awesome warranty and the service folks are THE BEST!!! There is almost zero maintenance for these doors...screens and glass panes are easy to change for the seasons....and when this door closes shut, you know it is securely closed! My husband and I purchased a new security screen door back in 1999 from this family owned & operated company. We did shop around a bit and noted that there prices were a bit higher than some of the other companies, however, we also believe you get what you pay for and indeed we have! Life goes on and you never give it much though, we love our door and have since the moment it was put in. A couple of weeks ago the door closer unit went out and needed replaced. We still had our paper work and contacted them for an appointment to replace it. We scheduled with Lou and were very impressed at that point at the ease of it all, how after 14 years they still had our info (impressive) well there happened to be a computer glitch on that day and our appt did not make it on the schedule. When I called the morning they were to come out Lou was so apologetic and got us rescheduled as soon as he could (which I am sure he squeezed us in the following Sat) - they apologized went above & beyond in making it right. Ken Colaizzi came out, he was kind, professional and gave this customer, service that is unfortunately very rare in this day and age. I recommend Secure-All to everyone, especially to my family and friends!

We have had our security doors for 4 years now and are very happy with the quality and workmanship. The doors were installed on schedule and if there is ever a question, a quick phone call is all it takes to get solutions. The lock on one of the doors was getting slightly difficult to turn during the bitter cold weather. I called on Sat and instead of just telling me how to take care of the issue, Ken came out and did it himself and explained how to prevent this issue in the future with normal care. Great customer service!! Will use Secure-All anytime we need security doors.
