We have had our front and back security doors for almost 7 years now. I feel very safe in our home with these doors, and have never had any quality issues with them at all. Our neighbors admire them, and what was really nice is all the custom styles that they offer. The doors are worth every penny you spend on these, so choose wisely because they will last and last!We've had to call Secure-All twice in these 7 years for service calls, that had nothing to do with the quality of the doors. They are fantastic! The first service visit, we had to replace the knob with a lever due to a kitchen remodel. The visit was scheduled quickly, and the serviceman was on time, and even called us when he was on the way. Was knowledgeable about the product and very courteous. The second visit was for a lock that we thought was damaged, but it ended up just needing a good cleaning. Ken was actually early and called ahead of time, as well as was friendly, and he did not try to oversell when we inquired if we needed a new knob altogether.I would highly recommend Secure-All to any of our friends, neighbors or anyone actually. They are a great company, offer fantastic customer service, and provide a quality product. A rarity in today's market!

I’ve had my custom doors since 1996 and they’ve been great. The ability to integrate a dog-door and a strong recommendation from a friend sold me on their product. One of the best home upgrades I’ve made. I called Secure-All last week to replace my door closers and was pleased with the same high level of service I experienced sixteen years ago. Really nice people too. Glad to see the company has stayed solid after all this time.

I had three Secure-All security doors made and installed about nine years ago. They continue to look and function like the day they were installed - excellent! My curious and overactive son decided to remove the door closer on our front door recently. My father saw Ken at the Denver Home Show and mentioned that I needed to get a replacement door closer. Ken called me to follow up and set up a time to stop by and replace it. The installation was quick, thorough and at no charge! I recommend Secure-All to anyone and everyone that needs or wants security doors and the like. They go above and beyond for the customer and their doors are first rate quality!

Secure-All installed my doors 16 years ago. And they look as good today as the day they were installed. Had one small malfunction with the closer last week and Ken stopped by and did the simplest minor adjustment at no charge. Awesome! Best multi-functional securiy door on he market.

Our Storm Door from Secure-all is the best improvement we have made on our home. It is attractive (one neighbor even copied it), it is efficient, and since it was installed in 2010 it has helped keep the house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. It has added value to our home. The installation was superb - al promises made were kept.

Secure All is a great company. Ken is very helpful. We had a jammed lock and he came out that day to fix it - saving us an expensive call to a locksmith. All around great service!

June 26th of this year I had Secure-All out to replace a lock on one of our security doors. Having used them in 2003 during a home addition I knew they were the right company to go with. At precisely the appointment date/time, Ken Colaizzi showed up. Within the hour, he had replaced the lock and keyed it to our other doors. It would probably have only taken him 15 minutes, but he was extremely patient with me, giving me tips on repainting and rehanging the door, including giving me new bolts(no charge) to properly hang the door. I recently retired from running customer support centers and am uniquely aware of what it takes to acquire and keep customers: Provide an excellent product and superior service. I received that from Secure-All and will use them again.

My wife and I purchased storm doors two years ago - They were installed perfectly.The other evening I noticed one of the doors was not closing properly....I called Secure-All after work hours...left a message expecting they would call the following day. 30 minutes after leaving message - I received a call from Ken - could he drop by the following morning and fix door !! Everything is back to normal.Great customer service !!!

We have had our beautiful Secure All front screen door for about 4 to 5 years. It is of the highest quality, and we have felt very safe ever since we installed it. Our house is older and can be dark inside at times. It's wonderful when we can leave the front door open and the screen door locked, so we can get the light in our home and be protected. We had no problems with the original installation. Everyone was very helpful, and it was installed in a timely manner. We recently had a problem with the opener. I called Ken up, and he was so friendly and helpful. He replaced the part at no charge. It was a very pleasant experience. We have no regrets about installing the door. We just got a new Secure All door to replace the arch-top screen door for the front of our house. The old door was getting ragged and looked bad. We have Secure All doors at other parts of the house and it made sense to go to them for the front door. The in-store service was friendly and extremely helpful. The installation went smoothly and the door looks great!

After our North Denver home was burglarized Secure-All was a blessing. Ken was on site the day after our robbery and installed a temporary security door for us, which provided peace of mind knowing our back door was now secure as we waited for the new Secure-All door to be fabricated. The also rekeyed our Secure-All front door which had been installed since 1997, criminals could not open, and still works and looks like brand new at 15 years old. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Trustworthy, friendly, on time, highest quality products, impeccable company.

Secure-All (Ken) made my decision to install security doors at my home (having lived here 12 years without them) very easy. There are plenty of designs available, and I was able to select the style and the hardware right in my home. I have leaded etched glass sidelites, installed by Martin Faith (who recommended I contact Lou and Ken at Secure-All), which Ken assured me would be visible with the addition of security sidelites as well, and they are!The installation went smoothly, and Bob was very careful to explain all the features and workings of the locks, screen changeouts, etc., so I could understand fire safety as well as security safety. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering adding such doors; they are solidly built to custom sizes, and do not detract from existing entry design.

When we decided to have a Secure-All storm door installed, we were a little skeptical because the door was more expensive than we had experienced. Looking at other doors and comparing them to Secure-All it seemed like a no-brainer. Since my wife and I are among the "getting older" folks (she is 75 me 76 and we've been married 57 years) so we felt we needed more security that was offered by Secure-All. We bought a front door to try it and to validate its security...well, to make this a shorter story, a few months later we purchased the two double doors in the back for the sliding doors. In addition, we ordered 5 basement window-well protective grates....we really feel very safe against intrusion with the strength of the doors. Whenever weather conditions are favorable, day or night, the doors are open...when it's warm and the screens are in, the doors are open. When the glass is put in for the winter, often the front door is open for the brightness. It saves on our air conditioning and heating!!! One of the major considerations for us in buying from Secure-All is that we felt very comfortable with the family members and employees, all inclusive, that they were straight shooters and their honesty was impeccable. In today's circumstances, when we cannot always trust folks to do or say what is actually the gospel. We sincerely believe in the folks at Secure-All. They be somewhat human and are subject to those occasional goofs, but they will make it right...even a 100+%, if necessary....We recommend the folks at Secure-All and their products to y'all. All thumbs up. I've had Secure-All doors installed in two residences and all doors are still working perfectly and are worth the investment. In addition to the peace of mind, insurance rates are less and energy costs are less because of the insulation factor. Not just a storm door, SecureAll doors are constructed as true security doors. Their customer service ethic is excellent - they communicate, and are prompt so there is no guessing about when they'll arrive. It's refreshing to do business with a trustworthy company.

Secure All doors are no comparison to what most people refer to as a "storm door". The three doors I had installed by Ken are beautiful and durable beyond my expectations. I was hesitant to do business with a company from Colorado and my residence being in Iowa. But in this case, I got what I desired and more. I can't say enough about the security aspects.. What I really like is during the daytime, I get that natural light and can see what's going on outside. But someone from the outside cannot see inside the house through the tinted glass so I get privacy too! Thanks so much to Ken and all at SecureAll!
