I have had my security door for 5 years now and absolutely love it. The closer started allowing the door to slam shut so I called Secure-All and made an appointment to have it fixed. Ken came out on the service call and was right on time, in fact a little early, and changed out the closer and in the meantime noticed that the latch wasn't working to his specifications so he took it apart and replaced a couple of springs and the door is as good as new. Charge? Just the service fee. What a great company. Ron

We have been customers of Secure-all for many years. Their doors are the best constructed of any that we have researched and their customer service is one of the best that we have encountered. We have no reservations regarding our enthusiastic endorsement for Secure-All doors.

We live in Baltimore City. Lots of crime in our neighborhood. I found Secure-all on the internet and Ken, et al. made two doors for us in 2005 or 2006. They did a Great Job!!!! Recently we had two more made- Starburst i think is the name. They are Excellent!!! Ken and his bro came out, measured, returned, made the doors and returned to install. We are sooo Happy with Secure-all. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!! Worth every penny to keep my family safe! Great Job Gents!!!!

My experience with Secure-All was tops. My home, over 100 years old, was in need of a new security door. One that was air tight, able to be installed in the original uneven opening & to coordinate with my exterior colors. All that and the estimated delivery/install date was right on time. My forst experience was so good that I returned a year later for another door.

We were looking for a heavy duty secure storm door with security bars, and screens for summer. Secure all was exactly what we were looking for. We have had the door for several years and it still looks new. Not to mention the customer service. We attend every Home show and Ken still know who we are and picks us out of a crowd. They have the best product and Top notch customer service and I reccommend them to every one I know.

we ordered a custom 2 door entry and the fit and look of the doors was excellent. the doors are solid looking and very usefully when the door to door salesman come calling. my wife feels more secure knowing the doors are there. bill & donna

Three years ago we purchased a new security door for our back entrance. We love it...feel safe, knowing no burgler can get through this door! It's a very pretty door as well.

We installed our door 2 years ago for security as our house backs on green space with alot of foot traffic. It does give us that sense of security, but has drawn numerous compliments from our neighbors who see it as they walk by. We couldn't be happier with our door and highly recommend it to others.

Secure-All installed a unique door for us, glass on both sides of an iron frame so that we kept the open, light room but have better insulation than just one sheet of glass. The room is too narrow to install a wood door without it being in the way when open. Everything was custom-sized but done in a very timely manner, and Ken was very responsive and creative with our situation. He also replaced our closing mechanism at no charge when we noticed it was not closing as well as before. Cannot get better service than Secure-All Doors provides!

We had our doors installed 2 years ago and they have been perfect. The process was seamless and they made all the necessary adjustments to our openings so that the doors work perfectly. We had a dog door installed and as all dog doors do it needed to be replaced due to the high volume of use from our two labradors. Ken came out and went above and beyond to make sure the dog door fit perfectly and gave us a great price! We will recommend Secure All Security doors to everyone and we will be a forever client!! For anyone who reads this, I would like you to know that Secure-All doors has been one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Ken and his staff did a great job installing the security doors on our house. But two examples will best illustrate the customer service provided by Secure-All. At the time we ordered the new security doors, we also ordered new entry doors from another company. But the entry doors took an extra 4 months to get installed because of multiple damaged doors that had to be re-ordered each time. Secure-All was very patient in re-scheduling the work due to these other problems. Additionally, one of the entry doors had a locking lever that jammed against the security door. Secure-All made the necessary adjustments so both doors worked properly. I’ve never seen a company that provided such a high level of customer service. AND, the security doors are great. We purchased a Secure-All Door In April 2010. We love the look and functionality of this door and would highly recommend it to anyone. The door was installed in a timely manner with no hassle. In fact, recently during a high wind day (up to 70 mph gusts) the door arm busted. Secure-All came to fix it almost immediately with no hassle to us.

Well the breeze is blowing a little in Canton, Ohio . But i am pleased to say i presently have two new storm doors from Secure All Company Inc. installed and working in a fine manner. Ken Colaizzi sent me the initial info on energy efficient storm doors from the family operated and owned business. Ken came and measured the doors as well as the windows. The window guards and doors were shipped in a timely fashion. Ken installed and delivered excellent service on the best quality Secure All products. Truly the house and garage are more secure.The sun shines in the front storm door just like the promised design. Also people walking by the house have commented that the overall curb appeal has been enhanced by what they called the window shutters.I highly recommend this first class company and their superior people. We have had our securtiy doors for about 2 years now and love them. In the warm weather, we install the screens yet are able to have locked doors for security. In the winter, the doors offer improved insulation and we have seen a big difference in the cold draft air not coming in. We would recommend the company any day. I forgot how to correctly use one of the lock features and they came right out, no charge and even spruced up the locks while they were here. Great product and great service. Kathy

If you are looking for a new security door, you'd be doing your family a disservice to use any company other than Secur-All. The quality of their product is second to none and their service is amazing. We've had our door for about a year now and have absolutely loved the look, functionality, and the security it offers. Recently one of our small children left the door slightly open during a wind storm which caused damage to the swing mechanism. We called Ken, and he was out the very next morning, on time through a snow storm, and replaced the broken part at no charge to us. Their service is absolutely amazing and we will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I don't know where to begin. Ken and his staff are incredible! We purchased 3 storm doors for 2 reasons, first we want to leave our house doors open to let light in and second, we wanted high quality security doors. Well, we received that and more. The doors are stunning and very high security. My wife and I feel very secure knowing we purchased the best. Ken, who is very personable individual, came out to install our doors and joined us for dinner. My family and Ken became friends in just a few hours, he is that type of person. The best thing is that Secure-All stands behind their product. Ken encouraged me to call if I have any questions or problems. I have purchased many products over the years and without a doubt this is the best choice I have ever made.

This is a great company, with incredible service. I have had my door for over 15 years, and the company truly stands by its product. Ken came by to help me with changing panes, and ended up spending time to go over my options regarding upgrades for the security door as well as the inside door, which was giving me problems. I have had contacts with Lou and Rick way back, and they were also great. They all are extremely friendly, yet professional and knowledgable. I would recommend Secure-All highly to anyone.

We have had five contacts with Secur-All in twenty years. The first three were a showroom visit, measurement and then installation. Our fourth contact resulted in a free replacement of the slide locking key on the closer (we damage the first one). Our fifth contact was for an upgrade of the lock and closer. During the interim, Secure-All, with our recommendations, installed doors for our neighbor, our son, and my wife's parents. Following a remodel, our son has now ordered his second door. A total of eight doors and all of us keep going back. It's QUALITY and SERVICE.

Secure-All helped my wife and I in ordering locks for our security doors and made two different trips to our house to install the locks. We have had security doors on our house for over thiry years and decided to remove them and have them powder coated to match our siding on our house. Secure-All was very knowledgable about the existing doors and worked with us in setting up times to come and install the new locks.
