Job well done

I called Computer Aid last night and explained to him what my computer was doing. I made an appointment this for this morning. He was here on time and ready to work. He fixed it and we talked about what was wrong. I am very happy with his service.

Chuck is a puppy killer! He kills innocent 3 month old puppy's just because they are at his house, then hauls them off like trash. He shoots dogs in the face and hauls others knowing they aren't strays to the pound. He's a sick individual. I wouldn't trust him around my family or to even drop my things off with him.

Never will I use this man for computer repair. Not only is he creepy & stalkish (look out girls) he also killed a 6 month old puppy in the middle of the day & hauled her body off like trash, & this isnt the first time this has occured. I think this shows his character pretty well.

I highly recommend this business. This is the first time I have used Chucks services but I assure you this will be where I always go in the future.

Dealing with Computer Aid was wonderful. I bought a laptop from them two years ago. Not a minutes problem with it till last week. Called and took it by for him to look at it and he called me later that day told me it was a minor issue. Because I bought it from him he wouldn't charge me anything to do the repair and I could pick it up the next day. It is back in TOP form. No one else would have done this. I have a friend that took hers to Chattanooga to just be looked at and it cost her $69.99 just to be looked at. Computer Aid stands way above the rest.

If you have any computer issues whatsoever, I urge you to call Computer Aid. I was treated with the utmost respect, my computer issue was able to be resolved over the phone, and I wasn't even charged. I have also dealt with Computer Aid in the past with another computer and was highly impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. Work is completed in a timely manner, communication is excellent and rates for parts and labor are most reasonable.

I have never had a good experience with a computer shop till now.I called 4 shops in Chattanooga and Ft. O and none of them acted like they had much since. I started calling Cleveland and computer ad was the second one I called and they were so very sweet.I took my laptop from Chattanooga to Cleveland and it was very much worth it to me. If you want some one that know what they are doing and are very nice. I tell you now you need to call them. None any bettern my book.
