Chuck was the most knowledgeable and respectful man I have ever had in my home to work on my computer. I recommend him very highly to everyone. I will certainly use him again.

My 3rd repair done by Chuck and he has done me a good job every time. Perfect record and I am very sure I will need him again.

I bought a computer from Chuck over a year ago. Last week during one of the storms that we had I lost power. When the power came back on my computer wouldn't work. I called Chuck and we spoke about it. I took it by so he could look it over. He called me and told me since I bought it from him he would only charge me for the power supply and that would be $35.00. I was floored. I have had 3 Dells over 10 years, this was the very first rebuilt computer and I was not sure about it. But after like 14 months with no problems I had grown to trust Chuck and his computer. After he told me he would charge only $35 to fix this computer I have had for 14 months for $35.00 because as he said, building trust in your computer guy is something he never stops trying for. Chuck I would like to say you are the best of the best. You do care and that I appreciate you very much. I want to tell the people of Cleveland that Chuck is a very authentic computer technician that goes well beyond what anyone could expect. Something Dell could very well learn from. Providing a great product is only half of Chuck's job as he told me. The other half is keeping customers like me happy. That he has done and for that I will never buy a computer from anyone else.

Sorry this post is so long but Chuck deserves my praise. I hope from this someone will call and find out for there self that what I am saying is true.

Lost my computer in a storm last week. Computer Aid was very helpful and correct when they told me what was wrong with it and that they could get it repaired in one day. I recommend Computer Aid highly.

I BOUGHT A COMPUTER FROM COMPUTER AID 3 WEEKS BACK AND IT HAS WORKED REALLY GOOD. I REALLY WASNT SURE ABOUT IT WHEN HE TOLD ME THE PRICE I WAS THINKING WHATS WRONG WITH IT. I WENT TO LOOK AT IT AND LIKED IT AND IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD FOR WHAT I DO ONLINE. THANKS CHUCK.

I couldn't get my computer to do anything. I found and call Computer Aid to have them check it out for me. Chuck seems to be a very smart guy and he had it up and running in no time. Turns out it was a power supply problem. Thanks Computer Aid.

Computer aid has done me a good job on 3 occasions and I do recommend them to everyone I know having computer issues. I have even called him and he has helped me over the phone and no charge.

I called chuck about my computer and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it all in the same day. I have never had anyone do that. Good service good guy and knows what he is doing.

Lightning strike killed a laptop I had all of my company's data on. Chuck was able to get my data back for me. He also was able to help me replace the laptop with another and then transfered everything over for me so I am as good as I was before the lightning set me back. Everything was priced fair and I did check around. It you consider the time, from the first day I walked into his shop getting my data pulled, ordering me another laptop and getting it in and transferring all of my data back and me picking it up. It took 8 days. I thought that was very good. He called me every step of the way so I was informed of what was happening, did not leave me hanging like other shops have so many times in this past.

I had a special job for Chuck concerning remote data gathering. He did me a fine job in an area that is very specialized. He was thorough and very understanding about this sensitive request I made of him. I would recommend him highly to all but especially to any lawyer out there that require sensitive work done by someone they can trust.

This man is a rare find. He knows what he is doing and shows that he cares about his customers. He repaired my computer for a better price than anyone else in town and it's all working fine. A friend recommended him to me and I am very happy they did.

Chuck did a data recovery job for me. I was amazed at what he was able to recover. I had a hard drive I used to store my company's data on. One day it disappeared. I talked to a couple of places in town none of which were much help. Found Chuck through his web site. Called him and then took my drive by to let him look it over. When he said he thought he could get the data off I was a bit skeptical but I told him to do what he could. Two weeks later he called me to let me know he had it done and I raced down there. It was all intact and just like it was before I had the problem. Thank you Chuck for doing what no one else in this area would even attempt to do.
