I took my computer to another shop to have it fixed. They did ok. They said my hard drive was bad and replaced it. However they told me the data was not recoverable. because the insides were damaged. When I picked it up I had them find and return my bad hard drive to me. I spent some time online looking around and thats when I found computer aid. There website said they could recover pretty much anything. I called and took my drive to them. Chuck called me and explained to me what was wrong with my hard drive and he said he was pretty sure he could recover the data. A few days later he called me and told me he had as much data as could be recovered and I could pick it up.

After going over everything I think it is all there. I know my business stuff is all there. Looks like stuff I deleted a long time ago is there also. Here is my thinking. The other shop did a good job but was unable to recover my data. I would rather deal with just one place and dealing with computer aid I think I could have had it all done in one location instead of two. And computer aid was able to recover my data in about the same amount of time that the other store took to replace and reinstall my new hard drive.

In my personal opinion. Computer Aid would have been the better pick to have everything done at one time. For that reason I will only use Chuck from here on out. Nothing against the other store because Chuck backed up there story about the drive being damaged.He said they used a really good drive to replace it with. He even went on to tell me the other shop from what he knows does pretty good work.



Bottom line. I think Computer Aid did me a good job in getting my important data back.

I am gonna tell you people out there that computer aid is the place to go to get good computer work done right. Thank you Chuck, good job

Exceptional service. Plain and simple. I called Computer Aid to fix my network and he did just that. I have never had anyone come out the same day and NOT have to come back. Price was fair considering where I am.

Bought a pentium 4 computer from computer aid and it seems to be working just fine. I needed another one and couldn't afford a new one. This one is really fast and I am happy with it.

I want to really thank Chuck for working with me here. I needed my computer fixed and I lost my job right after I took it to him. Instead of not fixing it he told me we would work it out. He fixed it for the quoted price and called me to pick it up. He did not have me pay him right then and there but let me pay him after I got my part time job, and he didn't try to make me fill bad. This good deed will come back to him 100 times. I am meeting a lot of new people and I tell them all about him when they mention they need work done. I know of 1 that he has done work for and another that has talked to him. He cares and that is very hard to find nowadays.

I bought a 3.2 ghtz computer from computer aid and I love it. Chuck has worked on my old compaq till it just could not go anymore. This computer is awesome.

I am very satisfied with the work he did for me. I did not know that having your computer fixed could be so painless.

I would like to recommend Computer Aid to any needing quality work on there computer. I have used Chuck 3 times and each time he has made sure everything was done right and fast. The most recent repair I really thought I would have to replace my computer, however he was able to repair it and I have my computer back.

I had a special job and I needed someone I could trust to take care of it. I talked to chuck a couple of times as I did another computer shop. I decided to go with chuck. He took care of the issue and I feel I can trust him. I would recommend him for anything computer/security related.

our computer crashed a couple weeks back. We lost all of our pictures when the place we took it to reinstalled windows. My brother told me I should have called computer aid because they were able to save his pictures when his computer crashed. I called computer aid to just see if there was something that could be done now. He told me to bring it in and he would see what I could do. My wife is so happy I did. Even after we had windows put back on chuck was able to get everything back without us having to install windows again. He was able to also get many documents we thought we had lost. The price was worth it to see those pictures again. Chuck you made us a customer for life. I will tell everyone about you.

I called chuck about coming to my house and upgrading 2 computers for me. He did it that same day and the price he charged was fair I thought. He was a nice guy.
