Provided by YP.comI have used this computer shop twice and both times I have lost a power supply due to my electricity problem. The first time he had one in stock and was very surprised as my computer uses parts that are special ordered. The service was very quick. Chuck was able to fix my problem while I waited the first time. The next time I had to leave computer because the power supply was so very scarce to find. In just a few days he had it up and running again. Also the 2nd trip someone had given me an old computer and this shop was able to get this running as a new computer. Very reasonable price compared to going out and buying a new computer I give 5 stars because he knows his stuff and he will give you an honest answer. Something nowadays is very hard to find. He will try his best to get your computer back to you quickly as being without a computer is very tough these days.

Provided by YP.comI had a need for some internet investagations. I was referred to Chuck by another company in my area. Chuck was able to handle my requst with no problem. I was impressed with the speed in which he was able to handle my request. It's very hard these days to find anyone with this tallent these days. He is in my rolodex for good.

Provided by YP.comMy computer wouldn't boot up. I took it to one place and they told me it really was not worth fixing. Hey this thing is only 2 years old. I called around and decided to let Computer Aid take a look at it. I got a phone call that same day and Chuck told me he could fix it for much less than what I had been told. I then asked him if he was sure and he said yes. I told him about me taking it somewhere else and he made an excuse for the other shop saying we all do thing our own way and everyone is bound to miss something from time to time.
Well Chuck was right and he fixed it fine. I will still never use the other place again, not because they missed it but because Chuck stood up for a competitor. To me that's the type of person I want to do business with. I recommend him not just because he knows what he is doing but because of his character.

Provided by YP.comI am ashamed to say that I have used other companies for data recovery in the pass. Seems as though however no matter what I do I suffer this fate from time to time. Chuck talked to me about my problem and was able to get everything back that I thought was gone for sure this time. He also sat down with me and went over everything and showed me where I was going wrong and why I lost my data this time around. After talking with Chuck I understand better how I can protect my data. He may have talked his way out of recoverying anymore data of mine but he will do all of my computer work from here on out.

Provided by YP.comI would like to say this man really knows his stuff. He looked at my laptop and found that it was a motherboard problem. He also found online where a lot of people are having this same problem. He called to let me know and then took it upon himself to call hp and talk to them to confirm that it was a motherboard problem. He then called me with info he got from hp and the internet so I would be able to work on my end to have hp do something. No he didn't fix it but I think he went well above the call of duty for just a small daignostic fee. He showed me that he cared when I am sure no one else would have.
Now I would like to tell people out there to stay away from hp laptops. Mine is less than 2 years old and right now it's a paper weight. HP knows about the problem and told me just this morning that there was nothing they could do. Please save yourself some greef and by another product.

Provided by YP.comI got the best deal in town on a new computer. I was able to go to computer aid and I spent 2 hours checking this computer out. Anyone else would have run me out but Chuck told me to take my time and make sure it was what I needed. No rush and no problem. I have had the computer about a month now and this thing has been flawless.

Provided by YP.comComputer aid serviced my computer in my home on the same day I called them. To me that is unheard of these day. Every one saids they make service calls until you call them. Then it's like well we can't get there today. Computer Aid was at my house TODAY just like they advertise.

Provided by YP.comThank you Chuck for a great job recovering my data. I dropped my external hard drive and needless to say that it didn't work pass that point. Called Chuck and he was able to get the data off as well as replace my hard drive inside and transfer everything over to it. One stop and it is fix like new.

Provided by YP.comI have been working with comcast for well over a week to get my new comcast connection working right. They came out here 2 times and I have put a total of 10 hours on the phone with them and I was still not able to get all the problems solved. I used computer aid over a year ago at my old adress and finally thought to call Chuck again to see if he could come out. He came out about 2 hours after I called him and he was here for 30 minutes and EVERYTHING was working just fine. He explained to me where comcast was going wrong and showed me how to fix it as he worked to fix it. Now I am gonna say that if comcast works on these problems every hour of every day and there answer to me was to go and buy a new computer. Then I call someone else and he has all the problems fixed in 30 minutes. That shows what a bad state comcast is in. Their people on the road knows nothing about what they are doing. I should have been able to call comcast and they send someone out and bam, everything should be fine. I have been so mad and upset over this I am now looking for something else, anything else as my ineternet because if they couldn't fix this simple problem I know if I have a bigger problem down the road they are not gonna be able to fix that either. Where did they get these guys, rehab or somewhere. I plan on calling them today and let them know about this review and how simple the fix was.
