My old hairstylists moved from Jacksonville to Denver this past year so I was depending on my friends to refer a good hairstylists... I went to two other ladies and they were no where close to my old hairsylist. So one day I typed in google, best hair salon in Jacksonville and Cortello showed up. I said I have nothing to loose as I was getting married in 2.5 months! I called and the gal on the phone recommended Jessica, made my appointment and was set! Jessica did such a great job with my color and Kaitland did an awesome job with my style! I LOVED my hair and was totally hooked! It didn't hurt that all my friends complimented my hair and now 3 of my friends go there and they all love it! Totally recommend!

From the minute I walk into Cortello I receive 5 star service. I consider myself an average mom who usually would not pick such an up scale salon to have my hair done. But since my first visit and every time there after, the salon staff has gone out of the way to make me feel like I fit in there. I love my stylist, Brandon listens to my thoughts and then incorporates the lastest trends in hair so as to develop a plan for both the care of my hair and a unique style. I would highly recommend the salon to any woman who needs to be pampered and get a great new look.

Several of my friends were talking about how great Cortello was, so I had to check it out for myself. I love Cortello and will never go to another salon! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I recently got hair extensions from Kate and they look amazing. No one can tell that it isn't my real hair because it looks and feels so natural. Hannah does a great job on my color too! Best salon in Florida!!

This is a great salon! I love the decor, it has a modern feel to it. The staff are nice and friendly. My hair stylist, Robin, is great with my hair. The hair dye they use gives you a long lasting shine. I also love their head massage which you get while your hair is being washed. Overall, great salon!

Cortello Salon is the best salon I have ever experienced. They provide exceptional service. Everyone is warm and friendly and I love the ambiance. Everyone is amazing and talented and I would not go anywhere else.

Best salon at the Beach! I have found my new salon of choice! Immediately upon arriving I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the salon as well as something cool to drink. I was paired with Lee and he did a fantastic job of talking with me about my hair type and what I wanted to acheive. The technique he used to do my foil highlight was one I hadn't seen before and the results were great! To top it off, I asked him one question about curling my hair at home, i.e. what am I doing wrong, and he proceeded to not only show me an example, but to curl my whole head. Totally above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!

TREAT yourself with fabulous cut and color at this salon! From the moment you enter the salon, you are treated as if you were at a high end spa with professionalism and expertise in customer service, cut and color. I highly recommend Erica for getting an updated 'new you'! She's an expert in styles and color!! Take photos in with you and discuss with her. She's VERY OK in me bringing in photos of ideas I'd like to try and will give me an honest response on what she believes will or won't work on my blonde, baby fine hair. You will not be disappointed! I have been a very satisfied customer for the past 3+ years! I get compliments on my cut and color all the time! BOOK now!

This was my first time going to Cortello Salon. Originally from NJ, I have been searching for the perfect salon for 3 years and am so happy I found it! The salon is warm and inviting (along with all employees)! My hair came out fabulous, both the cut and color! I will be back and this is now my permanent salon!

Cortello Hair Salon is fabulous! The atmosphere is calming and relaxing with a trendy flair. The customer service is great over the phone and even better in person. I love the coffee they make, and love the choices of other drinks ;) But most of all I love Brandon my curly hair specialist! He is wonderful ideas and great with color and styles. I am never disappointed!

Cortello was an all-around great experience. I was greeted immediately and offered a mimosa while I waited, which was less than five minutes. The atmosphere is cool. There are flat screened tvs everywhere playing fashion/hair videos which are cool to watch while you are having your hair done. I had my hair cut into a bob which I have loved. Will definitely be back to Cortello!

I've been to a lot of hair salons at the beach but this is the first one that is truly first class. Not only do they pamper you (massage during wash, glass of wine, etc), they are great with color and cuts. Plus there's no waiting for your appt. Brooklyn has always been right on time!

Worth the drive from GEORGIA! Jessica does a fabulous job on my hair with amazing highlights and cut. The shampoo/conditioning massage is one like no other salon I have been to (including Southern California)! I would like to credit Jessica for the numerous compliments I receive concerning my hair!

I have been going to Cortello Hari Salon for my cut and color. Each visit leaves me feeling better than when I got there and my hair has received excellent treatments. Its the ultimate salon experience from the moment you walk in until you walk out! The staff is very attentive and they make sure you are comfortable waiting for your appointment by offering an array of complimentary beverages and a list of shampoo's and head massages to choose from! Overall the experience there is AMAZING and would even tell a stranger about Cortello!

I went to a different place at first wanting ombre and they gave me highlights..But then I went to Cortello, Brandon was my stylist, and he fixed it! It looks absolutely amazing!!! He did a wonderful job! Absolutely going back to him and this salon. The staff was so friendly. Beautiful salon and great service!

I have an appt tomorrow at Cortello and I can't wait. It is always such a great experience, and my hair is always fabulous! I always get completed and always tell them to go to Cortello.
