Cortello Salon is a great experience. I need a good haircut in a relaxing atmosphere to destress from my day. Cortello Salon offers that atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and skilled. I recommend Cortello Salon highly.

I really love this salon! The staff is very friendly, it is a beautiful space, and the stylists are all very talented. My stylist, Stacey, always does an amazing job. The product lines are also great. I highly recommend Cortello to anyone looking for a relaxing and fantastic salon experience.

Best salon in Jax! I am in love with my hair color everytime I go. Make an appointment with Lee, he is a hair color professional and he keeps my hair healthy. He actually cares about my hair and will do what is best for it. He gives great advice and suggests the best products. Everyone at coretello is friendly and has great customer service. It truly is the best salon in Jax!

Love this Salon! Each time I go I always love my hair. Great tips are given so that I can actually keep my hair up between visits! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great salon.

I recently went to Rae for a haircut at Cortello Salon. She did an AMAZING job! This salon is by far the best in Jax. They are professional and friendly from the moment you walk in. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

From the moment you step through the door you know you're at a salon that is a cut above the rest. I've been in Jax for 5 years and this was the first time where I've been to a salon and been truly satisfied with the whole experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting and the staff is courteous and helpful. While waiting for our appointment we were offered complimentary mimosas. My stylists Caryn was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me the best hair cut I've ever had. I have long, fine hair that is not dyed, and every stylist I've ever had before has wanted me to dye it and suggested lots of layers. Not Caryn. She never once mentioned dyeing it and recommended no layers which is exactly what I wanted. My hair actually looks longer now after her cutting it! She is truly a master of her art. I will definitely be returning.

I have gone to this salon for several years. I followed a stylist from another salon and found that she was constantly booked (she is that amazing)! I have found that every single stylist I get booked with does exactly what I want; and even better. Highly recommend this salon.

Completely reliable service. An amazing and friendly staff always make you feel welcome. I have never left unsatisfied ... ever. I've had my highlights done here for almost 2 years and wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Cortello is the only place to go!

I love this salon! It's a little higher in price, but so worth it. I drive all the way from San Marco to the beach because I won't go any where else. My stylist, Kayla, always listens to exactly what I want and is great at making suggestions based on my hair type. They also never over sell me and give great scalp massages!

Ok so I have been going to this salon for a over a year now. Moving from a more populated city on the west coast I have high expectations for a hair salon. Well Cortello fit the bill...until recently. I like them still, don't get me wrong, but I have been disappointed with my last two appointments. My first disappointment was that I paid the same amount for a color and cut as I had for a whole year but got less service for that price. They are charging per ml for hair color. Well that's well and good if you don't have thick hair like myself. So for the same amount I left with visible roots and no clear coat for protection to the hair (was free with color now is 30 bucks). So obviously this is disappointing. My second disappointment was with the blow out bar...I got a free blow out email for my birthday so I decided to use it. I made the appointment and the girl was real friendly but at the end she was rushing to finish my hair, as if she didn't allow herself enough time to complete the full style. So after I left I then went home and "finished" my hair myself. I can do my hair better than the blow out bar did. I will give this salon one more chance because I do really like them, but 3 strikes and well you know the deal.

I recently moved to Jacksonville and went to a salon down the street...what a mistake! After a horrible haircut, I found Cortello Salon and have been happy since! Erica has cut my hair twice since then and have been great cuts both times

Kate, my stylist, is an amazing artist! She has been doing my hair for nearly a year now & I am extremely happy each time I leave the salon! We have experimented with color, style & I value her input each time I am there. Cortello is a lively, upbeat salon with a fun atmosphere. The staff are all very outgoing & there to serve you. I highly recommend your next visit be to see Kate at Cortello!
