Great service, great staff, fresh interior decoration and overall a great environment. I was very happy with my haircut.

I have been in Jax about a year and really needed a cut and color. I googled Cortello and saw great reviews and one stylest specializes in curly hair so I was happy but still a little scrared some say they know how to cut curly hair and I come out looking like a poodle. Well let me say that was not the case. Brandon really listen to what I was going for. He went and got an ipad and we went searching for the 2 styles I liked best and cut and color! He gave me his opinion and I was very shocked with the knowledge that he new about curly hair. He wanted me to leave his chair happy and boy did he! I have already told my girl friends about my visit to Cortello and have a feeling they will be making an appointment soon! Thank you Cortello staff for your hospitality and special thanks to Brandon for being patient with me and taking my concerns into conderation and bring my hair back to life! See you in 6 weeks!!!!!

I am new to the Jacksonville area and tried Cortello Salon for the first time. I am happy to say that I have found my new salon! My stylist was Rae and she made my hair look better than it ever has. She did highlights and a cut, I have never been so happy with a salon and stylist before! I have referred my sisters to her as well!

This is the best salon in Jacksonville! I had a great experience with Brandon as my stylist. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to turn my otherwise plain-jane and boring look into a trendier and bouncier style while still allowing me to keep my length.

Cortello is the most amazing hair salon I have ever been to. From the moment you step foot into that salon the staff is fantastic. I always count the days to every appointment, I absolutely love it and would never go anywhere else! I recommend Cortello for everyone you will not regret it :)

I have been going to Cortello since it opened and it just keeps getting better and better. Kayla does my hair and she is awesome. The whole experience is great from the scalp massage during the shampoo to the cut and blow-dry. I would definitely recommend Cortello and my stylist Kayla to all my friends

A good friend of mine had referred me to Lee at Cortello Hair Salon. I have never had so many compliments after having my hair cut before. I have recommended this salon to many of my friends. A few reasons why I believe this Salon is great; the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I also feel the atmosphere is friendly from the time you arrive to the end of your experience as they help book your next appointment. They are also not pushy with selling you on anything but are great on providing you with options and tips which presents great value.

Cortello Salon really lets you pick your feet up and relax while getting your hair done. I enjoyed the experience and I will recommend this salon to others. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. My hair looks fabulous every time I get it done there. Their hair drying "bar" is awesome too!

Cortello is the BEST salon in Jacksonville, hands down. I decided to make a drastic change and cut off my beautiful long locks. The pixie cut I ended up with is the most fantastic hair cut I've ever had and I've received more compliments (even from strangers in the grocery store!) than I can keep track of! Everyone at the salon has always been so welcoming and accommodating and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Cortello. You are all fabulous!

Ray is amazing! I've been going to Cortello for over 2 years and Ray is by far the best Stylist I've ever had. I'm very picky and critical of my hair because I have that thick, frizzy, can't leave without it straightened hair and she was able to make it look beautiful with just blow drying. If I wasn't moving I would never go see anyone other than her.

They never make me feel silly when I go in, which is good because I am not a girly girl. They do a good job with my thick, wavy hair and they are always friendly and helpful.

Brandon saved my hair! I have long, thick, curly hair and a few months ago someone that did not know how to cut this type of hair had cut it in all sorts of weird length and layers. I live in St Augustine and had tried going to other stylists who could hopefully reshape and fix my awful cut. Nobody could quite get it right... So I made the drive up and I was not disappointed. He not only knew what he was talking about, he knew what he was doing! I will gladly make the almost hour drive to get my hair done here!

My hair was damaged to the max before Jessica and Erica got their hands in it. I immediately noticed a difference after my first visit. It's been nearly a year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Buy everything they tell you to. I promise it's worth it when going for long hair.

Cortello Salon is easily the best salon in Jacksonville! I have been coming here to get my hair done for over 2 years now and I am NEVER disappointed! No matter which stylist I see, they always take their time and do a great job! I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone and everyone- give it a shot, you wont be disappointed!

I was nervous to pick a new hair salon but after reading the reviews I thought I would give Cortello a shot. It was a great experience with very nice employees. You can tell that they genuinely want to make sure you are satisfied with the result. I went back again last month and tried out one of their new stylists and she was just as good as the first seasoned stylist I had met with originally. You can tell that they train their new employees well. Both times I was there the stylist really listened to what I wanted and I never felt rushed. As far as the salon itself, I was blown away by the chic style the first time and by my second visit they had done more renovations and the place looks great! If you want a quality experience in a sophisticated salon then Cortello is the place to go. Check it out, you won’t be sorry.

It's a must go!!! This is the only salon I will ever go to! I have always been so happy every time I leave! I look forward to going to Cortello and could spend hours there being pampered. The salon is super chic and clean, and the whole staff is awesome. I have curly hair and I love the way Kaitland cuts my hair, and she is awesome with color!!! I definitely can't find anything to complain about.
