I love Cortello! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! I've been going to Cortello since i was a sophomore in high school, and now I'm in college and still make the trip back to jacksonville just to get my hair done at Cortello! Who ever you are seeing there, all of the stylists always do an amazing job. Both my mom and I love it there! The service is always perfect, the hair wash station feels like a day at the spa, and the final project is always flawless. Love love love Cortello!

After a year of shopping stylists, I have FINALLY found the best salon in Jax! It all started with my stylist of 5+ years I was happy with but he just couldn't keep it together professionally. He was constantly changing salons and after 2+ years and 4-5 critical times he either cancelled or no showed my appointment I just had to find someone reliable but also talented. I had been dying my hair black for 7-8 years, and recently had a baby. My hair was a complete disaster, I had tons of hair falling out from the baby and growing back, as well as grays starting to come in. I wanted to go lighter so the grays were less noticeable and I could go longer in between coloring my hair. Not to mention one of the stylists I had tried while shopping completely butchered the cut and chopped off 7 inches without my consent. The owner of Cortello Salon, Courtney- super friendly and professional recommended - after very sympathetically listening to my hair trauma, that I make an appointment with Kate. I decided if my current stylist cancelled on me one more time I would give Kate a chance, I can't even tell you how HAPPY I am my stylist cancelled on me AGAIN, b/c I truly believe I have found an even better salon and stylist in Kate! After a year or more of being in a horrible place and absolutely hating my hair, I finally love it again and am receiving more compliments than ever! I could not be happier with my hair and as long as I live in Jacksonville I will never see anyone other than Kate at Cortello. She is super meticulous and a perfectionist, she went above and beyond to make my color perfect and considering all of the color correction I needed, it was not an easy nor quick feat! I truly don't believe anyone else, even the stylist I had before I believed to be so talented, would ever have spent the time and effort making sure my hair was as perfect as it could be. Every time I leave Cortello my hair looks better and better- which doesn't even feel possible!

This is the best salon in jax. I've used multiple people and they are all equally as great! You won't be disappointed!!

Best salon in jax, it's always an awesome experience when you visit cortello. I've used multiple hair stylist and always had great result.

Definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a stylist that can cut curly hair. Brandon did an excellent job on the cut and color!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Rachel was my stylist and I have followed her to a few different salons. When she started working at this one it was unlike any of the other places she's worked at. The decor is fabulous and the staff is friendly and so fashionable! Rachel has moved to another city and I've decided to try a new stylist in this same salon because I'm totally hooked!! Going back to Taylor today for my color!

First impression is great when you walk into the salon. The decor and design of the salon is very modern and fashionable; a very unique look from other salons I have been to. The receptionists as well as the stylists are very professional and extremely friendly. They are very focused on customer service and make sure that you are completely comfortable during your visit with them. They use top of the line hair products which I am so excited to buy because they actually work great with my hair and help me look fabulous! Sophia is my go-to stylist. I trust her completely with my hair. During my visit she makes it all about me and makes sure she knows in detail what I want my hair to look like when I walk out. The precision and detail she puts into her cuts is amazing! It is like watching an artist. I am SO excited about my upcoming appointment there next week!

Cortello has a fabulous atmosphere. Kayla does a great job at listening to what you want and delivers! They are always on time also.

This is by far the best salon around! My color, cut and blow-out do not disappoint. I don't have to fix my hair for days. I will not go anywhere else.

Cortello Hair Salon has extremely talented stylists. My hair was straight, limp and boring until I found Cortello Salon. The scalp massage is very relaxing and they have always been on time for my appointments. I highly recommend their services.

AMAZING place! Always get complaints on my hair! Love the Kerastase product that Cortello uses. I'm now addicted to it! Rae is my stylist, she's awesome!

I absolutely LOVE Cortello Salon! Kaitland revived my blah Ombré to WOW! I get compliments everyday on my hair. Strangers stop me in the grocery store just to ask me where I get my hair done. What a confidence booster!!! It's so nice to go somewhere where I know they won't mess up. It's perfect every time. All the staff is super friendly, they know you by name. There's never pressure to buy tons of products, but they always educate you on what products are best for you, in your budget, and how it will work.

I love this salon. It's the only one I'll go to in Jax once I found it! 5 stars all around!

Cortello Salon is the best! I love getting my hair cut and colored by Kate, she is professional and top of the latest trends. She takes her time and is very particular. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend the salon, whether it is for a blow out or a whole new style!

My stylist, Kaitland, is so knowledgable! After just one appointment at Cortello the texture and overall appearance of my hair has improved tremendously. During my consultation we discussed color options for my next appointment. She pulled up pictures on the iPad to show me her thoughts...they were the same pictures that I had already pinned! I can't wait for my new ombre!

Erica Reynolds is the best at Cortello!!

I absolutely love Cortello! The staff is very friendly and talented. This has been the only salon that I have come back to repeatedly for great results every time. I have had appointments with several of their stylists and have always been satisfied with my results!

Cortello is the best salon in Jax, hands down. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the stylists from what I have seen but I can personally recomend both Erica and Rae. Both have given me excellent cuts and color. The vibe of the salon is very modern and relaxing. I never feel like I'm being rushed through and am always treated like I'm the only person in the salon by the entire staff.
