I loved, loved Cortello! I am new to the area and Kate was amazing. I am extremely picky about who touches my hair, and that posed an issue being in a new place. I read the reviews, and picked Kate. She was amazing. Kate gave me the side swept bangs I wanted, with enough to still tuck behind my ear. A little more layers for volume and that motion in your hair. I highly recommend Cortello. They are all about the artistry.

I went to Cortello salon to get my very first pixie cut and I absolutely love it! Erica (she cut my hair) and all the staff are so super sweet and they cheered me on as 12" of my long curly hair was chopped off! They even made an instagram video out of it! But I plan to continue going to Cortello for all my haircuts because it is so worth it!

This salon is excellent! Great service and atmosphere! I go to Tracey and he always does a fabulous job.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and will not go to any other salon! I also get compliments on my hair daily and who wouldn't love that?

i ABSOLUTELY love this salon! I was not from jacksonville and took the chance and booked a partial highlight with Taylor Brown. I am a blonde and have never been happier! I love it and highly recommend this salon, and Taylor! I will definitely be going back!!!

This salon has been FANTASTIC! When I first got my hair colored here, it didn't really turn out the way that I wanted it. The color seemed to be gone in like a week and a half! I called Cortello and explained the situation and they handled it very professionally and really took care of me. They schedule an appointment for me to come right back in, and Rae fixed my hair! She is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend her if you are needing to get your hair colored. This salon is simply the best!

I went to Cortello upon recommendation from friends after receiving a bad pixie cut from another local salon. I called up for an appointment and Taylor was recommended to me. He did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure that every hair was just perfect. I also had him color my hair and he turned my lifeless color into perfection. So no I too am a believer. Cortello definitely deserves the rave reviews that I am always hearing about.

I have had 10 hairstylists in under 4 years here in Jacksonville. I am a natural redhead but I've got some grey going on, and for some unknown reason, NO ONE in this town can do reds properly.Then I found Cortello! Erica works magic with my color! It's vibrant, yet it looks like God gave it to me. The foils are even and my hair never looks dried out after a color/highlight. It always looks shiny and bouncy. Now on to her cutting--I have very unruly curly hair and I've been trying to grow it out, so she's trimmed it but it always looks really even and stylish. What's truly impressive is her blowout ability!! She can do what no other stylist has ever been able to do for me--blowdry my hair so well that I don't go right home and redo it!! Seriously, I need to have plans the night I get my hair done b/c it looks phenomenal! If you're waffling, call Erica. She's great!

Cortello is fabulous. I am treated like a valued customer from the time I walk in the front door to the time I walk out. And when I walk out, my hair obviously look much more fabulous. It has taken about 6 months for me to find the perfect color formula and my stylist has never once seemed frustrated with me. Love it!

I found this salon via Yelp and with all the wonderful reviews I couldn't help but check 'em out. They did not disappoint. From the first person who greeted me to my stylist Rae to the girl who washed my hair and even the payment collectors, the entire experience was sublime.

I made my next appt. on the spot and I live over an hour away. So SO happy I found these guys! I'm a new and loyal client!

I love coming to Cortello! It is very hip and fashionable without making this mom of three feel like she does not belong. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I never wait more than a few minutes and my stylist, Hannah, always goes above and beyond to make me feel that all her attention is on me. She is very personable and gives a great haircut and an amazing blowout. She knows how much that means to a girl with curly hair and she never minds going the extra effort. I would recommend them to all my friends.
