Wanted to just say the ecellent service we received from Richard and Steve's plumbing.

I called Steve's plumbing and Kris Jones came out,after waiting for a few hours waiting for a competitor to call us back. So glad we didn't get the other call. Kris was awesome and explained everything in detail, we really felt comfortable and the work was excellent. Highly recommended!

Kris Jones taught me a whole lot of stuff regarding plumbing and toilets and sinks. Great job although pricing is always an issue. I think it was with all the time he spent servicing our home.

Appreciate Richard's professional attitude and kind personality and his patience with my lack of plumbing knowledge. Nery kind and competent.

Kris Jones came out to my home after I had severe flooding due to heavy rains. Access to the clean out was buried in the cement floor which was inaccessible. Kris added a new clean out and inspected line with sewer camera. Kris explained every step of the process and answered every question I asked. I am very pleased with the service I received from Kris and Steve's Plumbing. I have had several poor experiences with other plumbing contractors and I believe that I have found my last plumber. I plan to use them repeatedly in the future.

I was devastated when my gold and diamond key pendant came loose from around my neck just as I was flushing the toilet. Crying hysterically, I looked up plumbers in the Redmond area and found Steve's website - it looked so friendly. After explaining the situation and changing a few appointments, they set up an appointment and even called to say they were early. They were unbelievably understanding. As they were on their way, my husband called to say we would go shopping for another pendant. I called to cancel the appointment, but wanted to give kudos to Chris Jones and EVERYONE at Steve's Plumbing - for their efficiency, understanding, empathy, communication,and just feeling like a family. I will never call any other plumber other than them. My faith in businesses has been renewed. I wish I could give them 100 stars. This is what a quality business is all about!

Kris jones was friendly and very professional,knowledgable and explained things very well. he told us exactly what the process would be to fix our problem. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve's and we would recommend using these guys!!!!!!!!!!

We called Steve's Plumbing to come out and fix the shut-off valves under all of our sinks, Our tech's name was William Taylor - and he was awesome! William was efficient and professional - even secured a water heater under our kitchen sink - at no cost!!Highly recommended!!

I've used Steve's Plumbing for almost 3 years. Last month, the 28 yr old water valves for my washer failed just before family from out of town were to arrive. Richard replaced the valves in less than 24 hours and summoned a water damage company to come that day. I sleep better at night knowing that Richard's knowledge and his diligent, detailed attention to anything involving water at my home has been identified and addressed, including all water valves in my home except one more that will be done soon. When Richard speaks, I listen! Thank you, Steve's Plumbing!

Richard replaced my leaking toilet. He was on time, well prepared, thorough and professional. He explained what the job involved & provided warning that the water would be off for a while. Job was done right & my landlord was happy with the price.
