Our plumber Richard did a great job, explained what he was going to do and did it.

Had a leaky tolet. Richard did a complete check on the plumbing though out the house and suggested what needed attention. He installed a new water saving tolet and addressed the water pressure problem in a timely and professional manner.

Steve's plumbing sent a technician named Will to help install a new bathroom sink. Of course I had tried it on my own a few times before calling. Will was quick to get the issue resolved and explain why my solution did not work. I will use Steve's next time any plumbing issue comes up.

William Taylor came to my home as scheduled and gave me a bid in about 15minutes for redoing our bathtub with new faucets and hand held spray. William was efficient and did an excellent job he kept me informed as to what he was doing and finished the job and cleaned up as though he was never here. I called Steve's plumbing after reading some solid review on the Web. Steve, himself, answered the phone and gave me straight answers to my questions. I decided to give the company a try. Steve sent out technician William T to the house, a 1910 farmhouse with a lot of quirks and where every repair job has the potential to turn into a nightmare. Sure enough, William ran into a very difficult situation, but he didn't wilt one bit. He was pleasant and professional throughout the ordeal and got the job done right. Hats of to William and hats off to Steve's Plumbing for hiring such capable personnel. Due to all the extra work I got, not a bigger bill, but a DISCOUNT for inconvenience. It's hard to find a plumber with integrity and a no BS attitude, but I think I just found one.

I have used Steve's Plumbing for repairs as well as new installations. Richard is great. He does good work, takes time to explain everything and always leaves the job site clean. I would highly reccomend Steve's Plumbing. Sincerely, Russ Haire
