Very quick and efficient service. Kris Jones explained everything he proposed to do beforehand. Very good.

Called because of a frozen pipe that burst in the garage. They came out same day and fixed it and were very professional. Also, Mike noticed my water heater was leaking and found that it wasn't working properly and was 14 years old. Now we know why we ran out of hot water after a very short time. He was able to give us a new one on the spot and was only here for 2 hours. Looking forward to a long hot shower!

We have had clogging problems in all our toilets. Not good. Especially in the middle of the night with my eyes pasted shut. Then I get out my trusty auger. No fun. I crave fun. I thought it was a problem underground with roots and stuff. Fed up, I researched local plumbers on Google, and I liked the looks of Steve's plumbing...a reputable family business...NOT the many plumbers clogging my television worse than my doody is clogging my W.C. Will came to the rescue, assessing the situation, offered his opinion that roots were not the problem. Understand, all these toilets were new that we purchased when we moved into the house in 2012. Top-rated toilets. Will talked it over with the boss, then I talked it over with the boss. We decided to test drive a new brand toilet. Will and another young fella, whose name I didn't get, came out the next day, installed the spiffy new toilet with a larger trap valve. Now we shall see what happens. I would call Steve's Plumbing again for my plumbing. Steve, I'll let you know what happens. Thanks.

Richard did work at my house today and I want to commend him. In addition to his professionalism and clear communication, I loved that he actually put things back together as he found them and even emptied the water bucket that was catching the dripping water on his arrival. This is the second time that we have used " Steve's Plumbing ". Who knows why, but toilets always seemed to get plugged up on a Sunday morning. A dispatcher got back to me quickly and had Richard here in a short amount of time. Richard was professional, tidy and informative. He quickly fixed the clog. What I particularly appreciated was that he, when ASKED, educated me about other plumbingupdates that I may want to consider for our twenty year oldhome. There was never a time that I felt pressure to go forward with any part of these additional fixes. As a woman consumer, Richard treated me with respect, and I never feltthere was such a thing as a stupid question .We will continue to request Richard for some planned replacements.

We had a clogged drain late in the afternoon. I have never had to hire a plumber before so I got dexknows and read the reviews on Steve's Plumbing. I was impressed. We checked out BBB also and found out they have a A+ rating so we called. I explained to the person that answered the phone that I couldn't do anything in my kitchen and my laundry room. He called the plumber that lives closest to us and explained what was going on. William T called with in 10 minutes and was here right away. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, he told us ahead of time what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. We are VERY happy with his service. We will use Steve's Plumbing again if needed

Mike did a great job replacing our water heater. It was originally installed by another plumbing company. I wish I would have called Steve's Plumbing first! Mike explained everything, was polite, and showed up as promised. I feel confident we now have a water heater installed in the right way!

I had a unique problem in Redmond where my neighbor line was tapped into the common line out of code. Richard Saxton dealt with the problem professionally and courteously making sure all parties know the problem and how to solve it. Steves plumbing has fair prices for excellent work. Richard knows what he's doing.

Once again Steve's Plumbing comes through with speedy outstanding service. Today they responded to a frozen water pipe break, and with quick action and expert repairs by Richard Saxton, fixed the break and prevented a potential serious and expensive problem from mold. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing to anyone.
