They arrived at the agreed time this morning and proceeded to dismantle all furniture that required it and then load all other packed stuff into the van. They were quick, careful, polite and efficient. They had mats to protect the carpet and plastic wrap to secure dismantled furniture together. The manager estimated it would be 8 hours maximum and they got it done in a little over 5 and 1/2 but insisted on charging me for just 5 1/2 hours. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a removal service. They took as much of the stress and hassle out of the day as they could. Thank you very much!

Moving was great! They packed and moved a 12,000 square foot facility in less than 2 days. The actual fees came in under the original quote, the packers and movers were very courteous and respectful. the property and merchandise all came thru perfectly. I highly recommend First National Van Lines.

We had an amazing experience with First National Van Lines. Not only was everyone extremely polite and kind, but they were extremely careful with our things. You hear so many horror stories about moving companies ruining and breaking things or arriving late, causing a huge nightmare. That was not the case for us. Thank you for a great experience. We used them during our move. They moved straight in and began packing our things. They also protect a lot of furniture by wrapping it in plastic. When we initially moved to a rental, we downsized. Our move was to our forever home, and we were concerned since we understood how quick and efficient they are. The price is quite low. We made careful to provide a large cash tip for the movers. Men who labour extremely hard.

The staff who moved my things provided excellent service all around. They have a great attitude and are extremely efficient. During the entire procedure, they were quick to respond and performed what I asked. The fact that nothing was damaged throughout the transfer was a great benefit. From start to finish, he took excellent care of everything.

My move went without a hitch. They arrived early for pickup, and the loading and unloading went smoothly. The staff' kindness and expertise enhanced the experience! This firm is a great fit for me, and I would highly recommend it.

Not a single piece was damaged in the process - not even a scratch - and we had some very large, awkward furniture involved going into/out of some tight spaces. First National Van Lines were awesome. They arrived on time, made quick work of my move, were incredibly pleasant, and communicated everything in solid detail. When I was starting to plan my move, I was going to do the hire movers myself plan. I really didn’t feel like driving the truck or dealing with the extra headache of being responsible for said truck. I was referred to First National Van Lines by my cousin, and they had high praises for them as well. They were absolute gem to work with as well when scheduling. I will absolutely be using them again for future moves and recommend them to anyone needing movers. Thanks a lot.

Moving is scary and expensive, and it's hard to trust most companies. We've used 4 companies in 5 years. This was the best. All costs explained in advance and clearly, workers professional and helpful, cost exactly as stated (no surprises - try to find THAT somewhere else!!), pickup and delivery times just as planned. No breakage, packed well. Whole operation smooth and stress free. Really appreciated.

So happy we chose First National Van Lines. During the pandemic, having to move in Boston while we were in Michigan, raised some challenges. First National Van Lines made it so easy! Everything from the reasonable quote & quote process, to the detailed website for managing your account and possessions...wonderfully professional. We received friendly communication from the movers multiple times the day of the move, and a follow up call the following day. Highly recommended.

We used them for moving a year ago, and everything went smoothly! Definitely a better experience than we had with First National Van Lines, which never even picked up our call, as we weren't sure if they confirmed the order or not... We also were able to get boxes delivered same day to us, which was amazing, because another company never confirmed our order 😠

The scheduling process went smoothly, and the office called to inquire if I wanted to book their services after getting a quote which was great because I might have forgotten! First National Van Lines and team were excellent. They were extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. They moved everything so fast, and came up with some really creative solutions to get our stuff out of our old place and into the new one without damaging anything. Overall had an awesome experience with them and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

These guys made my job easy. They came out to quote, scheduled the work to accommodate us, very flexible, and got the work done without any problems. They were punctual and professional, easy to work with, and the email/text reminders were great. Thanks for all your hard work, I know it was a massive move but you guys got it done. We recently had our 30+ year-old upright piano moved out of our home by First National Van Lines, and they were great. They were able to schedule the pick-up within days of our calling, and the estimate was much lower than other competing companies we called. There were no outrageous surprise fees when it came time to pay, and they worked efficiently and quickly to remove the piano within a half hour/45 minutes max. Also a note that some companies charge a high fee to move and a separate high fee to dispose, but the fee we were charged by Highly recommend this company.

First National Van Lines are excellent. I packed our own belongings. They were very careful with our boxes and especially our furniture. We have a few pieces that are very special to us. They worked quickly despite the fact they had to deal with my 3 floor townhouse. At my new home, they rolled out my carpets and set up the beds and were attentive to put the furniture and boxes in the appropriate places and rooms. The 4 man crew was punctual, very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the 7 hour job. I will definitely use them again on my next move.
