I am writing this review to share my experience with First National Vanlines last month. I moved from OH to NY and Overall it was a good experience although there was a hiccup at the time of delivery. As far as the price the service at the time of pickup and delivery those were both great. It took 10 days to complete the entire process. When i first spoke to Jon at First National Vanlines he explained everything in great detail including on thing called a possible "shuttle fee" at delivery. I had no clue this fee could cost so much and was disappointed to find out that i was told about it so i paid the "shuttle fee" it was not much just unexpected. That being said my total cost was very fair and i would definetely use there services again in fact i am going to have my mother use them when she retires. Thank you Jon and the movers for your hard work and kindness. May peace be with us all !

First National Van Lines offered me a low price to move my goods across country. All of the reviews that I read were positive for the most part, and that kind of service and quality is a rare find. I choose to reserve with this company due to the outstanding service I recieved over the phone. I received many calls during the process updating me on pickup and delivery windows, if I was ready to come out of storage, etc. Overall this was a very fluent process, and FIrst National Van Lines took all of the heart ache and hassle out of what was once a very hectic situation. A move. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

Awesome Company! Lemme start by explaining im a single woman who was being promoted and relocated by my company. My company had used First National Vanlines for there company move many years ago and advised me that everything would be taken care of by my moving consultant Jordan. I called Jordan and we spent roughly 30 min on phone and he told me to just relax and let him handle everything. When the movers had arrived they brought all the packing materials need to finish the job. I only have a studio so this was a very small move. I was going to fly so i decided to take advantage of the vehicle moving service. when i arrived in my new apartment i had to wait 4 days for my items to arrive as explained when we scheduled. The delivery was great they were only there for 1 hour and there was no hassle with the 3 flights of stairs the movers had to use. I highly recommend this company and so does the company i work for. First National Vanlines were very professional and polite. Thanks again Jordan

When I decided to move me and my wife from AZ to FL for our final move its was a daunting task. I spent many days reviewing companys and doing my homework and decided that First National Vanlines was going to be my choice. I reached out to them and spoke to a gentleman named John Allen. Me and My wife spent hours on the phone with John going over a very detailed list of the items we had in our home as well as coming up with a box count after a couple of calls back and forth with John we decided to go ahead and lock in a moving date and commit to First National Vanlines. The moving day arrived and it was great the team got there at abt 8 am and began to blanket wrap all furniture as well as seal the items in plastic to insure safe keeping while in route. The moving team was there until almost midnight and worked no stop with my wife continuing to watch each item carfully be loaded and checked onto truck. We decided that we would make them dinner so i kept the grill unloaded and made burgers and hotdogs for them all. By the end of the day the moving team had cleared our home and we sat down to review the detailed itemized list together to insure an accurate count of our household goods. We then were told that this trip could take 7-10 days due to weather at the time and that was fine because we were stopping in GA to visit with family. it ended up taking 12 total days and this was ok bc we were able to go through our new home while it was empty and plan for furniture placement. The movers arrived on a Sunday at about 9 am to deliver our home goods. As each item came off the truck we checked them off the moving list to insure everything arrived. They took there time unwrapping each piece of furniture and placing it were we asked as well as putting boxes in the rooms they belonged in. When everything was unloaded and unwrapped they cleaned there mess up and we once again went over our list and paid the remaining balance. Thanks Again and God Bless.

First National Vanlines is a great company with great prices... Me and my 2 kids moved from CA to TX and would recommend First National Vanlines to move anyone or anything. Ask to speak to Jordan he was our point of contact from start to finish.

Great company and services. Overt the phone sales, customer service, and their in home actual moving services. Way above par. One of my go tos for moving now. I relocated due to work, and had to get from point a to point b quickly. First National stepped in and performed. Nothing but positive things to say about this company!!

Great movers, great services! No damages! They honored my quote provided by Jon. My delivery was a little lengthy taking almost 2 weeks from start to finish. It is Decemeber so I understand the delays. The customer service was outstanding Tyler walked me through all the ins and outs and helped me throughout the whole move. My moving crew at delivery was very professional.

First National is by far the best mover I have used. They have exceptional phone services, and walk you through the whole process. From start to finish and bottom to top. Leaving no room for confusion or error. Their in home skills or actual moving services are great. They were quick professional, and accommodated to my budget to keep me within my means.

I had to hire a last minute mover to arrange and coordinate moving all of my household goods interstate to relocate and be with my family for the holidays. Of all the companies I got quotes from, First National Van Lines seemed to be the best rated and most professional. I booked and my pickup was 3 days later. I know a close window. I paid a little extra for an expedited delivery due to the holidays, but man these guys are amazing. They came in packed and loaded everything in a little under 8 hours. Their speed was beautiful, and professionalism top tier. it took a half a day for transit of which the guys stopped to rest. Then the next day they showed up ready to go and knocked out my fully furnished 2.5 bedroom delivery in less than 6 hours. This included putting everything where it went and reassembling my furniture. I have nothing but positive things to say about First National Van Lines. A truly great moving company.

I used First National Van Lines to move all of my families personal belongings interstate. This is a pretty good company in comparison to others. They are upfront about transit times and any ways to possibly incur additional prices. Everything went great. My only concern was delivery time took 1 week and a half. I can understand that its Christmas time, but still a week and a half to go a few states.....

I had to move last minute to be with family for the holidays. My parents are getting older and need someone to look after them. I called around and got a few quotes and First National Van Lines. The over the phone service was great. Customer service was great. My problem was with my delivery times and the process, I never knew it would take 2-3 weeks to get my items and if I would have known I would have transported my important belongings first. I called in to get it rushed but was informed that would be an additional charge. it really upset me. Everything else about the company was great I just dont agree with shipping times.

First National Van Lines is a pretty good mover imo. The sales over the phone, and customer service was amazing. Great with explaining it all thoroughly and making sure i had no questions. The movers were great, I got all the standard moving services like the padding of my furniture for a little lower of a cost than the Giants inthe moving industry. My delivery took two weeks. I understand the delay due to the holiday season, but some others wont. Overall I give them 4/5 stars and highly recommend them!

A great moving company to service all of your needs and or budgets. I had to move last minute, on a tight budget. First National Van Lines promised and delivered. From the over the phone reps to the in home service reps First National was and is amazing. They were fast and professional. I highly recommend them

First National Van Lines is exceptional. They moved me for a solid binding price. I got all the bells and whistles. My over the phone service was great, explained everything out, and walked me through the whole process. I didnt wanna wait the standardized shipping times so I did opt to pay extra for expedited delivery. My in home crews were spectacular. They were fast yet careful. Nothing was damaged and everything was wrapped and padded proffessionaly. I highly recommend this company!!

I had to relocate last minute due to a promotion at work. First National Van Lines came highly recommended by my employer, and since they were paying for my move I used them. My moving process was short and sweet everything went well. I was walked through the whole move over the phone, and made my reservation. On my move day a great crew came in and packed and loaded me in one day. I was then put into storage until an 18 wheeler became available for my transit or delivery. The total move time was a week and a half from start to finish. My delivery crew was even better than my pickup crew. I recommend First National to anyone in need of professional moving services.

A moving company that does a great job. I was a mess a few weeks ago prior to my move. I was quoted over the phone by Christian, who walked me through the process, and who took my deposit. I had several follow up calls making sure my list was correct so there were no additional cost at the time of the move. On my moving day they showed up and wrapped all of my furniture and loaded it onto the truck. It took roughly two weeks to go across country, and then I received my belongings. My cost never fluctuated and my moving crews were great. My tip reflected this. Once again thank you Christian for arranging everything that i needed to have done.

First Naitonal moved me locally in Iowa. They had exceptional over the phone services as well as great on site in person services. My quote was low, I was discounted in several areas. On the day of my move My quote was honored. I was pack and loaded all in one day. Transit took a little longer than expected, but it is peak season in the moving industry so I understood the week and a half it took. Overall I got a low rate and a great service. Which was more than I expected. Thank you First National for providing me with a great moving service. I will recommend you to anyone in need of professional movers.

I moved back in August, to be with my mother whom of which can no longer get around on her own. I had gotten alot of recommendations from google, but went with First National Van Lines due to their ratings. I am glad I did. I got a white glove service. I was given a low binding quote that was not subject to change. My movers showed up honoring my quote, and got me all packed and loaded in a day. From there I made my drive to California. The initial transit time lasted two weeks. I received my things all together no damages or lost items. and the delivery went super fast. 5/5 stars, and thank you First National Van Lines. I had no overages, and am sitting with my elderly mom able to care for her. What a blessing!

I had to relocate last minute due to a family emergency. Times were rough and I was short on cash. I had 2 quotes, one from United, and one from First National Van Lines. United was way more so I went with First Nationals' quote. I was expected a sub par level service. I got a real treat. Over the phone services were amazing. I was walked through the whole process and explained everything from pickup times to cancelation policy. On the day of the move my movers showed up in uniform, and were amazing. Top tier speed with caution. My delivery took a little longer than expected, It took two weeks from start to finish to load, deliver, and unload my furniture. The delivery crew was just as good as my pickup crew. I am one happy customer. THank you and a big shout out to First National Van Lines.

First National Van Lines provided my moving services locally in Iowa. I was quoted and reserved in a day. The sales team was very exceptional. I was explained the whole of the process and had no questions. I called in a few times before my move, to make changes to the items I was actually moving. I spoke with Wesley, and he handled everything that I needed prior to my move. The day of my move I got a phone call from the driver confirming that they were in route and that I was available. The move took one day, everything was properly packed and handled, dissassembled and reassembled. Great moving company. Thank you guys.
