This is overall a good company we just had a few issues with delivery times. I called First National Vanlines and scheduled my move and the pickup went great. I was told to expect between 10-14 days for delivery and I guess i assumed that it would be between 10-14 days I was wrong. I was told that was an estimate and that it could actually take up to 21 days to deliver. It ended up taking 18 total days to deliver my household goods. I guess being it was 2500 miles and combined with the holiday season this was to be expected. Overall like I said the service was great I just was not expecting delays on delivery

Me and my family used First National Vanlines for our cross town move last week and we had a flawless move with this company. We were charged a fair price for this move and we highly recommend there services.

So I chose First National Vanlines again to relocate my family from TX to AZ and we had a fantastic move overall. I have moved several times with this company and each time is great.
When deciding to move u always need to consider First National Vanlines for your relocation needs. I was able to relocate my family with ease and without any worry because they always take there time to make sure I have my box count correct furniture list correct and always provide me with a great team of movers and my senior moving consultant or someone in customer service is always available for help and answering any and all questions i have. I decided to let First National Vanlines relocated my office building across town and it was a great move. There were a few small hiccups along the way but overall i give them 4/5. The movers were very nice, polite and very fast during the whole process I just had some damage to one of the desk but was able to file a claim and get that fixed.I highly recommend this company for any services regarding moving or relocation. I was able to move quite a bit for a very fair market price and this was great. I hope this helps the next person that comes along and reads it. First National Vanlines was first class!!!

So when deciding on a moving company i looked online and luckily found First National Vanlines and called them to see what they had to offer. I spoke to a young man named Christian who was able to provide me with a quote all the necessary info abt my move. I called him back and went ahead and scheduled my move for a Monday morning and was very happy with the movers and the quality of work they provided. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my items but this was expected as it was the holiday season and it was kinda a last min decision. When my truck arrived to deliver my items everything went as smooth as the pickup. First National Vanlines is hands down the best moving company ive ever used. So overall this was a great move, but due to bad weather the delivery truck was delayed for 2 days and i got my items late. I guess this was understandable and expected when weather is bad. The pickup in OR was great and I really enjoyed the time and care that went into wrapping my furniture and household items. When my items were delivered i was actually missing a box of kitchenware but i was able to call the customer service line notify them and they found it so it is currently being shipped to me. Thanks again to the entire First National Vanlines crew for helping me with this move.

My move was as expected with first National Vanlines. I have used this company before and each time has been a great experience. When we first moved from FL to VA i didnt write a review but 5 years later i used First National Vanlines to move back to FL and i wanted to sit down and write a nice review about there services. The white glove service i receive each time is great, from the care and time the movers took to take apart my beds and put them back together after delivery is great. The customer service department is always available when i have questions or need to make any changes. All around the best moving company ive ever used. I hope whomever reads this finds it helpful.

i asked my best friend who she used for her move to the city (San Fran) two years ago because she had such a great experience and she told me to call First National Vanlines. I made the decision based on that and was i glad i did. I was moving from Ogden UT to the city. I was so happy with the care to detail the took at the new loft apartment that just had new floors put in as well as fresh paint. I was very picky when the delivery driver showed up and i feel bad because i was a little bossy but they didnt seem to mind they just kept there heads down and kept working. thanks again guys for all of your help. i hope to never move again but if i do im using First National Vanlines ! ta-ta

I moved from AZ to NC recently and wanted to share my experience and write i review about the service. I used First National Vanlines to relocate my family because i wanted a reputable company whome i had heard of. I scheduled my move for a tuesday because i wanted there to be as little traffic as possible in my subdivision. We moved out of our 4 bedroom in AZ house into a 5 bedroom in NC. We were able to get our own long distance 18 wheeler that had enough room for my familys dirtbikes as well as 1 four wheeler. The cost of the move was high but that was expected being we were using the entire long distance truck for just our stuff. It took abt 6 days for the truck to arrive at our new home and the moving crew began to unload while we took our own bikes off first so they could start with putting the furniture in the house in the rooms they belonged in. This was the smoothest business transaction i have ever made and one of the smartest. Thanks to First National Vanlines my family was at there new home across the country without a hiccup or flaw in the move. Thanks again for all the help and God Bless!!!!!

Alright so when my company decided to relocate me this past fall they told me to call First National Vanlines to give them and give them a list of what I had. I had a great conversation with a man there who took my inventory and also mentioned there vehicle services that i could take advantage of instead of having to make another call or driving 3000 miles. The truck showed up on time and the movers were great i really enjoyed the stress free way that First National Vanlines provided me. I was able to take a small vacation in the middle of my relocation and this was well deserved. The truck arrived as expected for delivery. I understand why my company uses this company for there employees. thanks again and hope this review help anyone looking for a GREAT moving company.

He explained how it works to me and we went over an itemized list of my furniture and established a box count according to my household items. The price was very fair for this size of my move. The movers on pickup day were great they were very helpful and i was impressed by the care they took to pack and wrap my furniture. It took aprox 12 days to receive my entire load of household items and boxes. Thanks again guys for all the help i will use your service for any future moves i have.

So I had a so-so move with first national vanlines and i will explain why. So the guy that told me that the moving truck would be there to pick up my items on a saturday and they did not come till sunday and this was a huge issue for me. I realize now that i had a backup date incase of possible issues unforseen. So the price was great the move itself was great the delivery was great i just had made plans for the sunday pickup that ended up happening but over all it was a good experience. I guess it was as much my fault as anything. hope u find this review helpful

When me and my wife decided to relocate we chose First National Vanlines because of there great services and flexable schedule. We waited almost 6 months for our home to sell and I had to adjust our pickup date 2 different times. This was a very stressful time for me and my wife but First National Vanlines was there to take away this stress. At the time of pickup the team was great they came in and wrapped all of my furniture and loaded my boxes on the moving truck without any hassle at all. It took aprox 12 days from pickup to the time of delivery from VA to AZ for our household items to arrive. the delivery was a very easy task as well and we were happy to get started in our new home. Thanks again to the First National Vanlines team for all of there help and paitence.

Great move! Great company! . When i called First National Vanlines I was happy to find out that they were a full service moving company and that they also provide a vehicle service and this was great because i had two cars and need to drive one. The only hiccup i had in the entire move was that i expected them on a friday and because of weather i had to wait till saturday and this was kinda upsetting but not a huge deal. Over all the service was awesome and i would use them again for sure.

So I decided to get married and need to get my new fiance moved into my place. She was very picky and did not wanna use some local movers she wanted a reputable company so I decided to call First National Vanlines to handle our move. I spoke to a guy named Jon and he was able to provide us with a 1 day service Pack-Load-Transport-Unload all in one day . The move went as smooth as silk and she was happy this made me happy. the price was a lil more than a local company but with the services they provided is was well worth the extra money. Thanks again Jon and First National Vanlines moving crew! will deff hit yall up when we buy a house.

I have been in america for many years as a retired baseball player and finnally decided to move back to Miami with my wife to settle down at our retirement home. First national Vanlines relocated me and it was a great experience the time that Christian spent with us was fantastic we went over my entire home many times because i was trying to downgrade a bit to items i needed so we adjusted my quote many times. I was moving from NY to FL and need to simplify things so when we got a final estimate locked in and decided on a date we were ready to go. The movers arrived and the packing was flawless they took there time with packing all my TVs and stereo equipment as well as we used there vehicle services to move a classic 68 Camaro we have. It took aprox. 14 days to arrive in at our new home in FL and that was fine we had time to plan and get some new items before they arrived. After they unloaded our household items and got all of there moving blankets folded and put away we decided to take them for a nice Dominican meal for there hard work. First National Vanlines is a great company and Christian is a very kind gentleman and fluent many languages so we had fun talking. GRACIAS !!!! and THANK YOU

so check it out ! i called First National Vanlines to get them to handle my light work and move my studio across town to the west side of philly. John Allen my new homie i spoke with told me i dint have to do nuthin but let the movers in and they would handle da rest. BAM!!! they did great all in one day got my studio to the new local and im back in the booth making skrilla ! thanks First National Vanlines yall da best

So i moved my family 2000 miles in december of 2018 and used First National Vanlines for this service. I reached out a gentleman named Jordan at there office and we spent and hour or so discussing all of available options i had. moving a 3 bedroom house with 4 kids was not something i wanted to do in a uhaul towing a car so i decided to let Jordan and his team at First National Vanlines take care of this. I spent 2 weeks preparing my own boxes and loading them as to save myself some money on packing materials. When the Moving team showed up aprox 9-10am they got started fast by sending in 2 guys to blanket wrap and pad wrap all of my furniture then sealing them all in plastic to prevent moisture ( thats smart! ). After everything was loaded we decided to buy the guys some pizza and just chat for a few abt how it works in travel. My items left that evening and i was told that i had 10 days to get to my new house to meet the truck. that was great we took a small trip to Six Flags on the way and when we arrived at the new house belive it or not the truck was parked in front of our new home ahead of us by 1 day. The crew began to accuratly put our boxes in the rooms they belonged in while 2 men unloaded furniture and one unwrapped it and placed the items were they belonged and folded up the moving pads. This was such a fun experience for my boys they kinda made friends with the moving guys and were exited to see them again at the new house my kids are wrestling fans and the movers were very strong big men but very polite and they werent bothered by them asking questions abt all the citys they had been in USA and other kid questions. My experience with First National Vanlines was 5/5 for sure and I highly recommend giving Jordan a call and letting him take care of your move as well. Thanks again FNVL for all your help!

So i decided to write this review based on my move that occured in november 2018 with First national vanlines. I am a single woman who decided to move back home to TN when my mother became sick so this was a stressful time for me and my family. First national vanlines is overall a great moving company i just had a hard time understanding the foreman he was polite we just had a difficult time talking to each other. Christian who was my point of contact thru this entire move was able to relay info back and forth so this was not a major issue. It took about 5 days for the truck to deliver my items from the time of pickup to deliver them going about 1000 miles. Christian was able to provide me with a great price and was very helpful the entire time even after the move was completed we made small talk about family and children and i found this to be very personable and really showed that he and first national vanlines cared abt there customers. i want to personally thank christian and the team of movers that helped me in such a stressful time of my familys life . Ok so i decided to use First national Vanlines for my familys relocation from CA-GA because my brother used them in 2014 for his familys relocation and he had a great experience. Jordan was my main contact and from the moment we spoke he made me feel comfortable abt the entire process. I decided to go buy my own totes and pack my small items myself and let the movers handle all of the furniture. We have mostly IKEA items so this went fast as almost all of them broke down easily to be wrapped by the movers. When my household items were all loaded and i was informed that due to the holiday season it could take as much as 14 days for the journey. My family and i took a trip back home to India to visit while this journey took place. I was able to call Jordan from India and get information about my load and this made me very happy. When we arrived in Atlanta we had to wait till the following day to receive our goods. The crew at First National Vanlines was very polite and careful when loading and unloading our goods. I have more family relocating to america and we will without question keep First National Vanlines as our familys go-to company for hastle free stress free movers.Thanks agin for all of the help guys and look forward to doing buisness agian.
