I had to relocate my home after the recent hurricane that hit the east coast in the Carolinas. I had several quotes from all the top dogs, and First National Van Lines sat right in the middle. I had a great experience over the phones with their sales reps whom handled all of the questions I had about my move. They partnered me with a great mover. Whom honored my quote that was provided by FNVL. I had no overages or additional fees. Additionally I opted for an expedited delivery and I chose to pay extra for that. A few days later my items arrived in my new home in Texas. I have nothing but positive things to say about my move, and am so blessed to be able to have had such a great move take place. So ty FNVL, and everyone who was involved in making my move turn out great. If I ever relocate you guys have my business.

I contracted with First National Van Lines through my employer. They move our sales reps across country all the time. Ill make it short and sweet. Everything went well with my move. Though pricing didnt matter to me, it was affordabe. The sales and customer service departments where phenomenal. Movers showed up one day in advance to pack me, and on the next day I was loaded. I was put into a storage unit for about a week, and then I went into transit. Transit was roughly a week and a half. Which was rather lengthy for me. Upon delivery I got everything checked off an itemized list. No damages. Great services.

I used First National Van Lines to Move across country. They gave me a soid and affordable quote and arranged my move to take place with an A plus rated moving company. First national Van Lines handled all of the most amazingly. I was informed pickup and delivery times, etc. The movers that moved me did a fantastic job as well. I had no overages and my quote was spot on. Ty guys.

I moved form the bay area in Ca, to Houston Texas. I called and got a quote from Christian. as well as from 3 other companies. My quote from First National Van Lines was good and sat right in the middle, so I made my reservation. On the day of my move two crews showed up. One to pack and wrap. THe other to move my furniture. Within 8 hours my house was empty and the truck was full. I paid extra for a straight truck, meaning all my items were expidited straight to Texas. A few days later and Im sitting in my new home. Granted I had to unpack my boxes. So I thank you to everyone who threw in to make my move a good move. I am a happy customer.

I moved across country with First National Van Lines. Everything went pretty well. They provide great services, and customer service is amazing. THe day of the move I had two crews show up. One crew to pack my items, and one crew to load all my furniture. My price increased a little due to some smaller items not being listed but this was expected. I signed the paperwork and 2-3 weeks later i received my belongings. THe only area they can improve on is delivery. as I was under the impression of getting my things in a week. Time frames were not explained properly until I spoke with customer service. Overall a pretty good company, and if I move again I will use FNVL.

A great service provided, and everything is explained upfront. First Natinoal Van Lines moved me from California to Florida in less than two weeks. I had no additional items so my cost remained the same. No hidden costs! Once again a great company, and I will use them again!

I hired First National Van Lines to coordinate my move. I must say over all they did very well. My quote was affordable yet accurate. The movers showed up and actually honored my quote. THough I did have a few additional items, I was charged accordingly for these items. Transit times is were they can improve. But, that responsibility falls on the carrier. At delivery I had a different crew, and they were even better than the guys at pickup.A great service for a low cost.

I had a great move with First National Van Lines. Everything went well and the movers and services were superb. Though, there is only one area I would advise improvement on and that is the delivery time frames. I understand cross country moves take alot longer than local moves. So once again I understand.

I used First National Van Lines to handle my move. I was short on time, and needed a reliable quick solution. THe process was quick. A nice quote, followed by courtesy calls prior to the move. Move day the movers were absolutely amazing. Fast paced and professional. Same little process at delivery, a call confirming times. Then the next day was our delivery. Overall this is an amazing company, and when I move again in a few years I will use First National Van Lines.

A great company, who specializes in arranging the moving of your goods. They partner out your move to a trusted company, and stand in on your behalf incase any issues arise. That being said they were amazing. My quote was honored, and I didnt get charged anything additional. Most importantly I had no damages. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. 5/5 stars.

Had the great pleasure of these guys arranging my move. First National Van Lines quoted me, the price was a little high. Movers showed up and honored my moving quote provided. Movers were swift yet careful. I received no damages or scratches on my furniture or walls. Overall the move went well. I got a flight of stairs for free and 1 month of storage in a climate controlled storage facility for free. Great service, ty.

I decided to use a professional mover this go around. I choose First National Van Lines knowing beforehand that they are a moving broker. I decided to go with them anyways. John was my sales rep. I was quoted a price of 5350.00 and 1/3 of that went as a deposit. This was to secure my moving date. The day before my move I received a confirmation call for a time window that i was going to be receiving my goods that next day. The movers show up and my price rose up. By my calculations and FNVL the pricing was justified according to the extra or additional items I had that was not on my original estimate. No I wasnt trying to pull one over on them, I just didnt think some items had to be listed. So even with that being said they knocked a couple of hundred dollars off my bill to help get it more affordable to me. The movers were great, they blanketed all my furniture and loaded it along with my boxes. One week later I got another call which informed me that my items were arriving the next day. At that point in time I made my final payment, and received my goods. No damages not even a scratch, and to think everytime I called FNVL they were more than willing to help... Great services! If you have to move long distance, or cross country I would recommend this company. First National Van Lines move all of our personal items and household furniture from the east coast to the mid west. The thing that really caught my attention was how they were telling me all of the questionable things up front, like additions, and delivery time frames. They were honest and that is what sold me. The carrier that showed up was TTM, and their movers were awesome. They came in and did a walk through to make sure that my quote from FNVL was accurate. It was pretty much spot on so I had no additional charges. The movers were great, very friendly and they took great care of our items. No chipped paint or anything. We went on our way, and went to stay with family. One week later our stuff showed up, great timing cause my family was hosting a housewarming party the next day at our house.The delivery crew was amazing. My move went great from start to finish.

My move with this company went well. Very imformative, and willing to help me out. I relocate last minute for work. Job pay for move, but still got amazing quote. My movers were great and did not even have a scratch on my things. It did take 12 days to get my things. Besides the timeframe everything else was great!!

I moved from Texas to Oklahoma. I used First National. I was pleased. They handled every little detail of my move over the phone. THey showed up and loaded me onto a smaller sized truck, not an 18 wheeler and was off into the night. They followed up with me every few days to inform me the status of my move. One week into it and my belongings arrive. Throughout the whole process I had no lost items, no lateness, and no confusion. That says alot about this company.

I had to move across country to relocate for work. Moving from Iowa to Florida. I heard about First National Van Lines from google. I reached out to three companies for a quote. Of the three FNVL pricing sat right in the middle. I understood before hand that this company is a broker. But, I wanted to have someone standing in on my behalf incase there were some complications during the move. The day before my move I got a phone call that provided me with a two hour window of when the movers would be at my house to load my items the following day. The movers show up, did a quick walkthrough, and everything matched up. What I was moving matched the list on their end, the move began. The movers were uniformed, and very professional. It took a little over 5 hours to load all of my furniture. I opted for extra insurance due to having alot of high dollar items. My delivery took a round about two weeks. Once again I got a call from dispatch with a two hour window, and the next day my load arrived. No damages or lost items, no overages. My second move but by far the best. THank you Christian for such a great move.

Literal last minute move, I booked two days before my move and these guys at First National really did a good job of taking care of me. No overages or hidden costs, and done in a timely manner. A cross country move taking less than two weeks to deliver is unheard of, so I commend them. Thank you for all your help guys!!!!!

I had to move locally a month ago in July. Now usually I would contract with a local carrier, or moving company. But, this time I couldnt help but to go with First National Van Lines due to ratings and pricing. Granted they did sub out, but I was subbed to a trusted partner whom honored my paperwork and bill. In the end my move took less than a day, the movers were great. I really enjoyed this move it was stress free.

I relocated mid year this year in 2018. Moving from Georgia to Florida. Not a local move, but yet not a cross country move. Everything was smooth from the first call. There was a few additional items on the day of pickup. This was my fault as I had sold the pool table prior to the move, but the purchaser was a no call no show so i had to add it in and take it with me. THis bumped my price a bit. Delivery took 7 business days, which wasnt bad, but yet it wasnt the best for transit times, and this is why I rated First National Van Lines 4/5 stars. Overall this is a great moving company very honest and upfront!

I chose this company based off of the fact they are a broker, and have such high reviews and stats. I wanted a company to stand in and speak for my if i had issues during my move. Fortunately I was paired with a good carrier so that was not the issue or case. But First National remained in contact with me throughout the whole process. In the end they helped to speed up the delivery process, so it was well worth it. Great company, I highly recommend to all.
