I have tried other florists before and used them too many times because I didn't know of your business,,,, anyways I am happy and my mom loved the flowers so that is all that really matters I will be using your business again and hope for the best.

Their delivery was on time, and my cousin told us that the flowers were beautiful! I never even paid for a "congratulations" card, and that was what was sent! I would definitely use these guys again!

Ava's service was very efficient and fast. I spoke with one member of their staff (I'm sorry I can't remember his name right now) and he was very helpful and professional in the handling of my call. I am happy with product and delivery. After I finalized the order, I realized that I had not applied a coupon. So I called (877) 638-3303 to have the coupon applied. I was given then the option of an upgrade or canceling the order and entering a new one. The staff member was quite helpful and stated that the order was cancelled. I then entered my order in again, remembering to apply the coupon. The flowers arrived as promised & I am told that they are beautiful. Their attention to this matter was greatly appreciated.

When I was first told that I could order flowers online and even have them delivered the same day I was a little skeptical as I have never ordered flowers online and didn't know where to begin. I found this company by doing a simple Google search and I'm glad that I did as I have never seen such low prices on roses before. Cheap flowers, same day delivery, I'm a happy customer.

There was some issues with payment due to a fault on my part (my bank needed me to manually authorize international orders, something I only discovered the next day), but Avas was very cooperative and we eventually worked it out the same day. The flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet was "beautiful" and "gorgeous" according to the recipient.

The spray that I ordered from this florist was beautifully done, and I really appreciated the extra effort by them to prepare the arrangement outside of their normal working hours. I picked up the arrangement myself, which is what I requested, so that I could get the flowers to the funeral home in time. I called at about 4:30 pm for next day (morning) delivery, and the cutoff was 2 pm. Everything did work out very well, and I appreciate the flexibility. Overall a VERY good experience.
