Provided by YP.comAll I can say is that this florist is one of the best that I have ever dealt with-bar none. And I was a florist for over twenty years until the economy forced my shop to close. Whatever, it's water under the bridge and I'm glad to see that it's still possible to get flowers delivered locally by a trusted flower shop. Always suppor tthe small guys is my motto and it's been working pretty well for me so far. Thanks Ava's, you have a customer for life!

Provided by YP.comScoured the net couldn't find a company w/lower prices so I decided to get my bouquet with Ava's. Overall experience was good, polite representatives, flowers were in good shape when they arrived and the delivery time was very prompt. Will use again. Would recommend to friends and family. 15% off was also a nice added additional touch.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! They failed to deliver the lovely bouquet I chose off the website to my best friend's mom's funeral. How extremely disappointing & embarrassing. Repeated Emails & calls to customer service ignored. No offer to refund money or re-deliver to family. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Terrible company. ;( Does not even deserve a one star rating!!!

Provided by YP.comYou won't be disappointed. I wasn't, and honestly, I usually am. If you want inexpensive, BEAUTIFUL flowers, then this is the place to order from. I was in Europe when I realized that it was my mother's birthday and I called and placed my order and within a few hours my mother got them and was happy. THANKS!

Provided by YP.comi understand that this flower shop has a lot of bad reviews and when i had placed my I asked the representative about the reviews he assured me that these were isolated incidents and when my sister got her birthday flowers I was sure he was telling the truth. give these guys a chance, their prices are low and they will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. - Tanja Strickland

Provided by YP.comAvas Flowers does not have a soul. DO NOT deal with Avas Flowers. Avas Flowers has the worst customer service. Avas Flowers scammed me with a coupon that they did not honor. Then they were accusatory when I requested an adjustment. Then to top it all off, they offered me another coupon for my next order. Do they really think I will order from them again??? This is how soul-less they are. Do yourself a favor and call a local florist on the phone!

Would definitely use this company again as I live outside of the country 8 months out of the year and ordering over seas is next to impossible with most florists and I have a large family with lots of birthdays and holidays to send flowers for.

Provided by YP.comWhen I read the recent reviews from annoyed customers I was shocked to find out how different their experience with Avas Flowers was compared to mine. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Not only did they save my day by having a last-minute bouquet sent out to my sister for her 18th birthday at school, but they even added a box of chocolates free of charge! Avas Flowers is my new favorite online florist!

I recently placed an order for a dozen roses sent to my girlfriend at her job and not only were the flowers delivered well before I had asked, but they even went through the extra trouble of adding a bow to the vase (something that I had no asked for). Oh yeah, and when I placed the order they even gave me a 25% discount on my order because I had a problem ordering online. Don't listen to the reviews for this place, they're a great company with great customer service. Will use again!!!

Flowers never arrived for a FUNERAL!
How rude and disgusting can a company be?
You pay over $150.00 for flowers for a loved one, you only have one funeral,
but this company does not care. They take your money right away and still give you no flowers...
they have a horrible customer service! The company does not even give the reps any tools to help people out.
Do not order from this company
you will be very hurt and dissapointed!
If your going to be in buisness where you sell flowers for sympathy, than yall need to take some classes on how to be syphathetic you incosiderate selfish people.

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY! they are liars did not deliver my flowers left me on hold for a very long time i have been arguing with them for a week now and still no refund yet they say it has been deposited just like my flowers were "on the truck" has anyone been able to get their money back??

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE experience! Like many others, I should have checked review prior to using. I, too, thought it was a local place I ordered from. Turns out they are in NY, and I wanted to pick up flowers, glad I did. When I got to the shop they sent the order to, the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture. I thought I was getting a deal @$50, but what I got wasn't worth half that. AND, it was for a new baby, didnt come w/ribbon, mini sign, OR little photo frame as listed. The florist actually pulled up the pic on line of item I ordered, and you could clearly see it wasnt the same thing. I refused to accept them, and called Ava's immediately to be refunded. (hopefully THAT wont be a hassle) as the cust svc rep said I would be reimbursed immediately.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews prior to dealing with this company. Ordered flowers on May 31st to be delivered the next day for my parents anniversary who live far away from us, and as of today, June 5th, still no delivery. To bad they make you give at least one star because I don't think that they even deserve that. Beware!

Provided by YP.comI would recommend Avas. I was a Lil weary after I ordered then read all the negative feedback. My only complaint was it was one day late for delivery besides that flowers were beautiful!

Provided by YP.comBEWARE---Sloppy work--my arrangement was delivered WITHOUT the note card, so my friend with open heart surgery had to waste energy and time, trying to find out who sent the flowers.
Avas's response was " Since the note card was free, there is no adjustment made!!"

Provided by YP.comPoor customer service and operations. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and Avas failed to deliver flowers to mom. I called customer service and they indicated the order was lost. No flowers and still trying to get them to reverse the charge on my credit card. There are better florists out there.

Provided by YP.comOnly use if you have money to throw away. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I was told my flowers would be delivered on Monday.. now it's the end of Tuesday and I have to wait on hold for 50 minutes just to hear that a manager will contact me eventually. I would be ok if they were delivered sometime today.. being Tuesday. My father recently died and I just wanted to put a smile on her face. Sadly I chose Ava's over another florist.. big mistake. Won't make that one again. I gave them one star rating only because I am unable to give them zero.

Provided by YP.comPLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AVAS FLOWERS! THEY HAVE ROBBED ME OF MY TIME, MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY MOTHER'S DAY FOR MY MOM. A BAD MOTHER'S DAY IS IRREVERSIBLE. =(
I had order flowers a week in advance to be delivered on Mother's Day 2012 to my Mom at her job. I called my Mom that evening to wish her a Happy Mother's Day & asked her if she received any flowers. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I contacted them & they assured me I'd be called back within 24 hours. I didn't receive any calls for 2 days so I emailed customer service.
Now they're telling me my mother was unavailable that day. My Mom is this little asian lady who has been employee of the year for an entire casino in Las Vegas & employee of the month numerous times; SHE WAS THERE ON MOTHER'S DAY. I send her flowers for her birthday and Mother's day every year to her work if she's working.
I am currently on the phone on hold and have been for 36 minutes. They are currently experiencing "heavier than normal volume". I've been caller number 6 of 14 for 11 minutes now. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in this TERRIBLE service and company.
I'm a very patient and kind person and work with customer service on a daily basis and I know how to provide QUALITY customer service unlike AVAS FLOWERS. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I've wasted SO much time and money with this and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay away from Avasflowers. Please do not waste your time. =(
