People study Meisner for years, and it's a technique worth studying, but this school has found a way to get the basics in a much shorter time. I am in Las Angeles to act in movies and television, not spend years studying, and that's why I loved the Acting corps. I get in, learned what I needed to know, and am out auditioning. Also, they don't just teach Meisner. He's great, but he's not the only thing under the sun, so it's great that they also provide other acting tools.

I had a fantastic experience at the acting corps. I learned Meisner, and Michael Chekhov, and so much more. It was fun.

My story is not unique. I have taken various classes around Hollywood, and eventually I ended up at The Acting Corps. Loved them. Recommend them over all the others. End of story.

I grew up around the movie industry here in Hollywood, but had never done more then extra work, but I always wanted to try. I finally decided to jump in with both feet, and because it has a five day a week program, I tried The Acting Corps. My reasons for choosing them were not all that informed, but I lucked out! They are great, and I learned so many things that I now have in my "actor's tool box."

I went to the Acting corps because a frined of mine said they were great... I was very skeptical, but I was looking to take some classes, so I said why not. Asit turned out, he was totally right. They were great. I love the vide of the place, and some of the personal connections I made I suspect will last a lifetime. And of corse I learned a lot, and am doing much better in auditions. What I didn't know before I went there could have filled a book... a couple books. I have to start listening to my friend more.

The Acting Corps has a great bunch of great teachers, and has really develpoed a lot great program. Vey intensive, and very effective. I have studied at various other places, and wghile some were good, there was no where that I learned more. I am a very big fan of Meisner, and I loved the excelerated program that they have. I worked hard at The Acting Corps, but ut really paid off.

I attended the Acting Corps for two months (Boot Camp I and II), and they thought me a lot! I thought I was good before I went there, but after the first week, I realized that I wasn't a very good actor, and I had so much to learn. After two months, my acting career was finally going in the right direction, and now I really do know what I'm doing.



After I finished at the Acting Corps, I have been booking tons of short films, and I even got an agent! I am so glad I found them! I wasted years doing nothing before I discovered them.
