We needed some work done in the bathroom and got excellent service from Modern Plumbing. Mike Hennessey was sent out and was he on time, did a great, clean job, and was very personable and friendly. He solved and fixed our problem in no time! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Your office called 1/2 hour before you were to arrive and you showed up on time! Our plumber was Mike Hennessey; he was friendly, quick, and cleaned up after he was done...my kind of plumber...would highly recommend Mike and Modern Plumbing...I will definitely use them again!

We had to have a new hot water tank installed through a program from Progress Energy. Mike Hennessey was our technician. I was thouroughly impressed with the service. He arrived on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and explained what he was about to do and was very outgoing and pleasant. He was very effecient and went about his business. Before I knew it he was finished. I was very impressed. If all your staff is as professional as Mike, you've got a great group. I will use your company again.

I received fantastic service, once again, from Modern Plumbing. Our technicians, Lester Webre and Aaron Tubbs, were polite, efficient and got the job done... and it was not a pleasant job for they had to work in a small crawl space under our home. I highly recommend Modern Plumbing for any size plumbing job!

Ray Diaz serviced our plumbing needs on 8/24/2009. He was extremely knowledgeable and solved the problem within minutes. He was professional and went above and beyond what was required.

Called and left a message for a major leak on a water heater feed line. Ray Diaz called back promptly, Came to the house and quickly fixed leak with some excellent professional plumbing work. He also analyzed another potential problem and saved us from another major leak. All this on Sunday Morn of Labor day weekend. He also volunteered to address a couple other minor issues while he was their. Nice job Ray! If we need a plumber, we will be calling. Mike

I would recommend these people any chance I get. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative. The tech was very professional and did an excellent job. I was also satisfied with the price these people gave me, absolutely no complaints.

This was a very good company to deal with, I could not have had better technician's than Craig or Rob, So often you hear bad stories about people that come out, but being alone I did not feel like I had any sort of problems with them being here. they were very nice. If I ever hear of any one that needs this Company's service I would surely refer them.

I loved the service I recieved from Lester Webre. What a really nice guy , After he fixed the problem we called about he asked me what else we needed to get fixed and was very professional and down to earth . I would recommend this wonderful guy to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about your company. From the time you were notified Lori called me promptly & arranged for Ray to come out the next day to check the hot water heater ,which was leaking. He would have put the new one in that day but I had a Dr. appt. He made sure it would be alright until he could come back on Thursday. He came back promptly on Thursday & did a great job. What a wonderful experience. Lester Webre from Modern Plumbing was very polite and courteous. Hew as very helpful by explaing the Progess Energy replacement program and then telling me that I was covered by the program just made my day. He was quick and made sure that I was informed on everything that he was doing. Thank you Modern Plumbing for having a very good technician on yyour staff. I wuould recommend your company to all of my friends for any plumbing work.

Our Service Technicians, Aaron and Barry, just left our house and we couldn't be more pleased. They were efficient and professional. They took their time to make the right diagnosis and presented us with the possible solutions. At no time did we feel as if they were trying to push us into an expensive solution. In the future when we have plumbing Modern Plumbing Industries is the only one we will call.

Two clean-cut men in well-pressed uniforms (Barry Wartell and Aaron Tubbs) arrived at my door this morning from Modern Plumbing to repair my shower and toilet. They were precisely on time - 8am - what a breath of fresh air! Barry and Aaron were courteous and very professional and had my plumbing problems fixed in no time. After they completed the repairs, they demonstrated that the shower and toilet were fully operational. I would highly recommend Barry Wartell, Aaron Tubbs and Modern Plumbing.

My challenge is to keep this brief. From the personnel answering the phones, to the appointment coordinator/scheduler, to the service/repair personnel, professionalism all-the-way-through. No disappointments here. Solid dependability and communication with these folks. Highly recommended. No need to choose anyone else; these folks rock!

I have been a long time customer of Modern Plumbing since 1983 when I moved into this house. Over the many years they have unclogged drains, replaced the water heater, replaced sinks and faucets, installed the dishwasher, installed the garbage disposer, and were more than plumbers when we did an entire bath remodel a few years ago. They were out today for my third leak under the slab. As always the customer service was extraordinary, prompt, and professional. Lester Webre arrived this morning with a smile on his face. Lester quickly pinpointed the source of the leak and had it repaired in a jiffy. Every technician that has ever been to my house has always been a top notch professional. Modern Plumbing is the only plumber that I would ever call. They can do it all, and for an extremly fair price. Usually the technicians rave that Modern Plumbing is the best company they have ever worked for. To me that says alot. I am preparing for a whole house remodel and Modern Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I will feel good about doing the work. They are honest and have hands down won my trust. I know they will do a proper, reliable job. I highly recomend Modern Plumbing.

I was very impressed with Modern Plumbing ! They gave me and appointment the day after I called and showed up on time. Ray Diaz was fast, efficient, and cleaned up the horrible mess made by my 22 year old water heater that they replaced. I would recommend them to anyone.

after getting a bid from a referred plumbing agency, i decided to ask contractors finishing out the building next to my office if they had a recommendation for a plumber. totally on a whim. i was so unsatisfied JUST with the estimating process with the initial plumber that i just didn't want anything more to do with them - the rep left dirty hand prints all over my walls (throughout my house even though the problem was in 1 bathroom!!!!!).



so i get the referral to Modern Plumbing and am told Lester Webre is the man for me - experienced, to the point, up front and MOST importantly to me, respectful of my home (read: clean).



I get the bid which is for a pretty involved service (replacing an old shower faucet etc etc) and the bid is much more competitive than the original bid. the day of reckoning comes and i've cleared out the bathroom in preparation for a dusty job. turns out, Lester determined i had after market products already installed and the problem was a simple part replacement - I saved over 3 hours of my time out of work and almost $300!



I was shocked - it seemed the other guy just wanted to rake me over the coals and get paid for unnecessary work. Lester, on the other hand, was willing to go the extra mile to determine the problem and was more concerned with the customer than making an extra buck. the moral to this story is that Modern Plumbing WILL make a lot of extra bucks because i'll be using them from hereon out and referring everyone I know to them.

I had a pipe leaking near my water heater and while browsing on-line, found the reviews for Modern Plumbing. I read about a dozen, all with 5 star ratings, and decided to call. They were able to schedule an appointment, to my surprise, at 7am the next morning which fit in perfectly with my work schedule. Lester was the techinican assigned to my call. That morning, he called to let me know he was close by and would be there in just minutes. He inspected the pipe, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it and recommend possible upgrades to the piping. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. What also impressed me was the follow-up call the office made the day after Lester's visit. I've never had a company call me after a service call to follow-up. Modern Plumbing definitely earns their 5 star rating with great techinicans and outstanding customer service.

Ray Diaz was the service technician. He was very professional and fixed all our problems with ease. I will definitely use them again.
