How can I describe Technician Lester Webre? Exceptional. I had the opportunity of communicating with Mr. Webre while he was at my home working on our hotwater heater, and from start to finish he was professional, polite and demonstrated thorough knowledge of what he was doing. As a Apartment Manager I come in contact with numerous vendors, some of whom are tolerable and knowledgeable, others are a work in progress. When I am in need of a plumber, Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc., you can expect to receive a call from me and I will be asking for Mr. Webre as my Technician. He is AWESOME.

We called to have 2 sinks reconnected and Modern plumbing showed up within 2 hours! Our service technician, Lester Webre, was not only efficient (he completed our project in less than an hour) he was also friendly and helpful. I had Modern Plumbing do work on a major bathroom renovation. I could not be happier. They gave professional and courteous service from my first phone inquiry until the final work was done. I went out to my garage this mordning to find water coming out of the closet that my water heated was in. I called to report the problem and I got a phone call from Lester Webre within 30 minutes. He came and was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and went to go buy a new water heater. The old heater was replaced by the new one in no time at all. Lester even took our old one away. He explained what to do to take care of the unit. I am a local realtor and I asked him for some of his cards. I would gladly reccommend him to any of my clients or friends!

CALLED MY BUILDER ON A NEW CONSTRUCTION CONCERN AND MODERN PLUMBING WAS AT MY FRONT DOOR IN 20 MINUTES. LESTER CAME IN AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. I CAN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR HIS COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM. NOTHING CAN REPLACE THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HE HAS AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL IN THE FUTURE IF ANOTHER PROBLEM ARISES.

We had a new sink, new faucet, and insta hot installed. Ray Diaz was our technician and he was great, highly recommend their service!

Ray did a fabulous job installing our new sink, faucet, disposal and insta-hot. He did an excellent job with the install and when he left you couldn't even tell he was there. All my Modern experiences have been great, and they are the only plumber I will need. Also, Charles and Rob were instrumental in evaluating and helping us pick out our new kitchen accessories. Lester and Aaron, from Modern Plumbing, came to my house in an emergency situation. What a great life saver they were! I could not have asked for better service and I told them that I was going to tell everybody I know just how great this company is! Lester went out of his way to make sure that my problem was solved and I can not thank him enough.

All superlatives! Ray and Aaron did a fabulous job repiping my house. It was a mess after I had a pipe break inbetween a wall downstairs. They were quick, efficient and kept the mess to a minimum. What I really appreciated was how they explained the entire procedure and then patiently answered questions when I needed clarification. It was four long days but it's very well done and they'll be back in a week to check on it. The company has been around since 1975 and it's obvious they've lasted as long as they have because it's a well run company. Need a plumber? Don't hesitate to call Modern Plumbing.

Jim O. was very professional, very helpful, and spotted the problem immediately. He explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He also gave me the name of a good plasterer to make the ceiling look like new.

We have used Modern Plumbing in the past and will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs. After returning from vacation in the late evening we were greeted with water running out of our garage due to a leaky water heater.



We called Modern's emergency number and had a return call very promptly. After being advised as to exactly what to do for the moment to stop the continual loss of water, the technican said they would come to the house first thing in the morning.



They indeed called at 7:30am and was at our house by 8:30 with a new water heater and a fantastic plumber by the name of Lester. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. Lester was professional as well as willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of before leaving.



Some things can wait for service but plumbing is not one of them. We appreciate the attitude and efficient actions by all the employees, especially Lester.

We have had the need to call Modern Plumbing a variety of times over the past several months and I would like to say that Laurie has been very efficient, friendly and most helpful when I call in a panic. I am very pleased with the response to our problem by the representatives of Modern Plumbing Industries. Rob Valentin came out to assess and provide an estimate of the items we felt needed upgrading and repair. The work of replacing and repairing the shower mechanism in our main shower was done professionally, without a mess or any damage to existing tiles, walls, floors or tub. Ray Diaz, the agent sent to do the work, did so flawlessly. We have other projects in mind for the near future and Modern Plunbing Industries will be doing the work. We live in Miami and have a plumbing problem that was already repaired by a local plumbing company that needs to be re-addressed. If only MPI would do work this far south. that would be a blessing.

I have had the privilege of one of your technicians come to my home today. I have been very pleased with his courtesy, thoughtfulness, politeness, and especially the work. Lester Webre was all of these things and more. Being very professional, he told me what he was going to do, about how long it would take. Even when he ran into more than imagined, he was courteous about explaining it to me in terms that I could understand and still be able to repeat to my husband! We're doing a Master Bath remodel, so there's stilll more work to be done. He's told me when to expect him and what's to be accomplished then. Thank you for the training you provide to your technicians.

Lerster Webre was sent to our facility to look at a problem that existed for a number of years. We didn't even know he had started the repair and he was finished. He was very friendly and extremely polite in assuring we knew what he had sone and why the problem occured. I would not hesitate to request this tech in the future.
