Ray Diaz, Modern Plumbing Technician, as well as Laurie and Darlene, Customer Representatives, EXEMPLIFY Modern Plumbing's Tradition of GREAT Service. As Ray approached the bathroom he said “I hear it”, referring to the sound of running water. Ray immediately slid under John to work on the stiff turn off valve. Ray explained every detail, parts and labor, and continued as I gave my OK. Ray continually worked until (approximately one hour) John had stopped running and was fitted as new. The job is not done until the paper work has been completed, the INVOICE was very affordable as I had anticipated. There were two smiles and hand waves as ray left in the torrential rain. Soon thereafter I used John and performed my own PAPER WORK.

The plumber who has come out several times, Lester Webre, has been efficient and courteous. I would recommend him and Modern Plumbing.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. We couldn't wash dishes. I knew our landlord didn't care, but Modern Plumbing did! I called Laurie in the service department - on her lunch hour - and she promised to have a plumber at our door that afternoon, even though it was the start of the holiday weekend. Sure enough, 2:30 PM, in a pouring rain storm, Lester Webre came to our door with a smile on his face and the know how to fix our drain. He cleared the clog, made sure the sink was going to drain properly and even gave my husband a few hints on how to prevent it in the future - all within the hour and for a very reasonable price. I was happy - and we didn't even have to lock up the cat. I will definitely call Modern Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc was not only on time but greeted me with a smile and friendly hand shake.

Lester was experienced and really seemed to enjoy his job, unlike so many people these days.

He listened to me, checked out the issues and made speedy repairs.

I had Modern Plumbing come out to put in a new hot water heater. There were some turn off valve issues and also the need to hook up an icemaker in the same area. Lester, as usual, was more than willing to work out the problems and solved our issues in a great way. Not only did they make it out in less than 3 hours from the call...but they also called me from the office and the field to let me know they were on their way.



My father was a general contractor, and used Modern Plumbing for years. He retired in 1984...So we go way back.



I would highly recommend them.

It started with the Owner Frank who took the time to personally evaluate the situation and offer suggestions. Two of Service technicians Lester Webre and Barry Wartell picked the ball up and never missed a beat. During the removal and installation of the water heater that needed to be replaced, they did an excelllent job of educating me on the functionality and importance of replacment. While working they were very organized and through, cleaning up everything as they worked. The removal and installation took no time. They both were very customer focused and professional throughout. This was by far the BEST service that I experienced from a contractor!

All service technicians are outstanding. Today, Lester worked on our agency's plumbing issue. He was extremely helpful, arrived within a short time of the service call, and fixed the problem in no time. He also answered all my questions.

This was our first time using Modern Plumbing. I could tell from the phone call that this company was very professional and super friendly. When Lester came with his assistant they checked to see why our toilet was not getting enough water pressure. They did a thorough checking of our entire irrigation system and found that the zones were very uneven. Lester and his assistant also checked our shower and fixed the water pressure for us. I will not use any other plumbing company ever again, only Modern Plumbing, they are so professional and so thorough. thank you.

Service Technician Lester Webre came the same day he was called to cap off lines to our hot water tank to stop a leak. At 4:30 on a cold rainy day he was very cheerful, efficient and thoroughly professional. His confident manner and careful workmanship made me feel very confident. I've used this company's services before, I will use no other, always with a great level of satisfaction, this time however they far exceeded my expectations as far as honesty are concerned. I had them come out to repair a leak a few weeks ago. I now had another leak in the same general location so I called them up and chaulked it up to the house being in a bit of disrepair. The technician, Lester, explained what was happening and advised me that it would be covered under the warranty. I was truly impressed, I would have never known the diference had he not told me, and he could have charged for the job a second time.

Yesterday morning, a utilities worker left a note on our door about a severe water leak on our side of the meter. By the evening when I came home it had flooded the street. I cut off the water. The next morning I called Modern Plumbing based on a recommendation from my in-laws. Lester was out within the hour and it took him less than an hour to fix, at a cost that was far less than what I was expecting to pay. It's great to find a company you can trust.

We had an issue with our men’s and women’s bathrooms being clogged. The same day that Modern Plumbing was contacted Lester Webre came to our retail location and within an hour our facilities were fully functional again. The best part was that Lester was kind enough to tighten our toilet seat lids while he was fixing the toilets. It was an unbidden gesture of goodwill. I would recommend this service based on our current experience.

I am extremely happy with Modern Plumbing. Anytime I have a plumbing issue they immediately address it and the tech Lester is very nice and knowledgable, also their prices are very fair. I have dealt with many plumbing contractors in the past and I have to admit Modern is a keeper!
