The staff that worked on my son's teeth were nice, but the wait to just see and to get a cleaning was 2 HRS! I have a five year old and he was not happy after so long being stuck in a chair. Then to make matters worst, I had to deal with them telling me my insurance wasn't active when it was.

Ever since I got her in state Kool smile has been really good to me and always give me a good service specially Ana, she is really nice and very kind to me and she is really a Kool assistant ����

My son needed a tooth pulled and we brought him to this facility and they were awesome!! And quick! Dr. Butler is an amazing dentist and loves what she does as well as her assistant, Maryzell! They are great and I recommend them to anyone!

My son was as nervous as a cow going in this morning to the dentist office Thursday (1-28-2016) to get a filling. Dr. Butler and Cartney did a great job He said it wasn't bad at all, I know will be ready for the next one Thursday.
