My son recently had his baby teeth knocked out and had to go to Kool smiles. I had always heard bad things about them- but from our experience_ They are AMAZING! Thank you Teresa- for being so patient and understanding!

Maryzell and Dr. Vishal were awesome with my daughter!! She's 7 and had to have a tooth extracted. She was very nervous but they were great about calming her and explaining everything as they did it. My daughter and I were both very happy with them!!

Look smiles in my opinion actually runs a very good business. The workers are actually very nice and provide comfort.

Britney A was awesome! She is one of the dental assistants. Very pleasant and genuinely caring with my daughter! Great change from Small Smiles to KoolSmiles! No long wait times, dentists are easy to discuss my child's care with and the staff is very friendly!

Britney A. Worked with Dr. Butler.Britney mainly did all the prep work , so she mainly was with us. She is really grateful and patience with my daughter. She made her more relaxed and comfortable while waiting for her filling.

The waiting room was extremely full for My child's first appointment; however we did not wait long at all. For his second appointment there was an issue with our insurance provider and I decided to pay out of pocket and deal with getting reimbursed later. On his third appointment the issue with my insurance provider had been resolved, but the provider wouldn't reimburse me. When I explained the issue to the staff upon arrival the office manager called our provider and got me reimbursed within 10 minutes! I was upset during his second visit and perturbed on his third, but the staff never got defensive and did everything they could to resolve the issue. Not not did they provide excellent care of my son , but they were extremely professional and caring. I highly recommend taking your child to Kool Smiles!

At first I wasn't sure how our visit would go. My son was needing a emergency extraction and we were both nervous but the entire staff,from the front office welcoming us with a warm smile to answering all billing concerns to the medical staff greeting us as we walked the halls. Dr. O'Neal and her assistant were excellent with reassuring him that it will be alright. He felt no pain and enjoyed the tooth fairy and all the nice things the doctor said as she used such gentle techniques. Thank you all for a painless wonderful experience for us both. Btw he was excited to get two prizes for being such a strong little guy!

Staff Was Great & Did A Great Job I Always Enjoy Coming To The Dentist. The Wait Is Sometimes Long But I Like Kool Smiles

Staff was great with my nervous 7yr. Brittany was able to get xrays and sealants done. Dr Vishal was very patient with her.

The service was excellent. I felt no pain. The doctors were great and had a big smile in their faces

it was an early app after all the traffic it was easier to get in and out Ya. going talkie her back to school
