I visited this location when it was SMALL Smiles. The visit left my daughter traumatized but I called this week for my son. Hoping the facility had changed. He came and left with a toothache. And no filling for a chipped tooth he had either. He asked a question and they took it as intense fear. Also he is 13 and can hear the conversations about the nurses needing a promotion bc their jobs suck etc and so the visit to me was not any better. I was not allowed back with him. And I had to sign what seemed like a thousand papers off on procedures he never had done. They did not speak to him but around him and made him feel like a burden. This is not professional or grounds for a revisit. Tried to give zero stars. The one star is for the young lady in the front office that was very courteous and professional. Thumbs down.

My visit with kool smiles was very pleasant. The staff was nice and the time was fast, my sons appointment was at 8am and we got out there at 945am. I would recommend kool smiles to my family and friends with children

Great Customer Service and they we're on time! Big shot out to Carolyn Dental Assistant who let us feel welcome even to my nephew who want even a patient!!

There has always been an outrageous wait time, but normally when its jys a ckeaning its a shirt wait. My daughtr was tgere fir 2 hours and wgen she camme iut she said thry firgit about ger abd wgen the lady started cleaning hervteeth sge stopped in the middle of doing them sbd danced around for abiut 20 minutes...this is unacceptabkevas a parent with a job andva thousabdvthings to do .

Kool smiles is the only dentist my 2 kids will go to

Great staff! My child actually enjoys going there. Parking sometimes can be a pain though
